Très déçu dans notre séjour. J'aurais dû lire les commentaires de conseiller de voyage. Pros: la chambre était propre sauf pour la douche en forme et le bureau avant était ami quand je suis arrivée. Le petit déjeuner de dimanche était bon. Incluant waffles, œufs, sauce, gravée,etc. Cons: 1. piscine publicitaire et tube chaud (pourquoi j'ai choisi cet hôtel), mais il était fermé. 2. Le petit déjeuner chaud n'était que le week-end. Le lundi, ils n'avaient pas de nourriture chaude à moins que vous n'ayez compté du café et du toast. Ceci n'a pas été mentionné sur le site. 3. L'hôtel a besoin d'une mise à jour et de nouveaux serviettes. Ils sont très minces. Pas de valeur de 100 $ par nuit.

Il a réservé 13 nuits pour un voyage d'affaires. Il a remarqué des morceaux gonflés entre mes 8 et 10 nuits, et a pu trouver et filmer des bugs de lit sur le lit. Ils ont été très bien placés pour le séjour de la maison, mais ils ont été très bien placés pour le séjour de la maison. Il a été déplacé au deuxième étage et il m'a continué de me dire que leur protocole est de rembourser seulement 3 nuits. J'ai appelé Hilton, le rép a dit de faire envoyer des photos à leur email. J'ai fait cela et j'ai attendu 24 heures. En l'absence de réponses, la société travaillait pour la ville, appelé Hilton le deuxième jour et il a été dit qu'ils reverraient avec l'hôtel. Ce soir-là, j'ai reçu un courriel de Hilton, qui m'a dit que je n'avais pas besoin de continuer à faire rapport à la police de santé et que l'hôtel s'en occuperait. C'est pourquoi mon chef a appelé directement le gestionnaire et demandé un remboursement complet, car il était clair à ce moment-là que Hilton évitait de le faire et de prendre la responsabilité de signaler les chambres désagréables. Mike Patel refusa de se conformer à la restitution complète, affirmant que je n'avais pas rapporté les morceaux le premier jour que j'en ai remarqué. Il a aussi suggéré à mon patron que j'avais apporté les bugs de lit à Hampton. Sans rien dire, je suis parti du travail, j'ai recueilli mes biens, j'ai eu des paroles très fortes que je devais avoir parlé à Mike Patel le premier jour, j'ai reçu mon remboursement complet en retour à mes paroles, et je n'ai jamais quitté ce lieu. Je ne peux pas dire assez : Mike Patel est pire que les bugs de lit qu'il a dans son hôtel, et croyez-moi, ils étaient naïfs mais il est beaucoup plus détestable. Aucune espoir de résolution de Hilton, mais attendre que le département de santé d'Elkhart entre en ligne.

J'ai deux plaintes principales à propos de mon séjour. La première et la plus remarquable question était la très grande peinture sur le tapis. La prochaine question, et celle qui était probablement la plus problématique, était les cortinas. Il n'y avait pas de moyen possible de les faire passer par la fenêtre pour bloquer la lumière de l'extérieur. Même si elle avait été. Ils étaient la longueur du sol et couvraient l'unité d'air/chaleur. Quelques autres choses que j'ai noté que je ne pouvais pas vraiment s'appliquer à mon séjour étaient que le sol était presque toujours mouillé de la piscine intérieure; pas seulement mouillé, mais des bouilloires d'eau partout qui mènent à l'ascenseur. Le sol de l'ascenseur, qui était un tapis, a été aussi étanché. Cela peut être facilement corrigé en retirant le tapis de l'ascenseur. En dehors de ces deux questions, c'était un séjour moyen. Le petit déjeuner était limité, comme prévu, mais les offres n'étaient pas mauvaises.
