It had been a few years since my family had visited this location. The first thing you notice upon walking in is the now missing couches that used to surround the fireplace. It’s now just an empty space. They also removed the wooden benches that were near the restaurant. Next you go to check in, and they charge you $15 to parking in THEIR parking lot. There aren’t any exceptions, even with a handicap placard for your disabled child. (Very classy money grab) The room smelt so musty, even with cranking the AC up to try to get the smell out, it was useless. The bedding was super wrinkled, and it appeared to not have been changed. We did not spend the night, we left later that same day. There was a mold stain above the bed on the ceiling, and the shower head was falling off the wall. When we walked to the vending area it was completely disgusting. Water on half the floor with some towels down, and a sign, while it actively leaked out of the ice machine. Black mold was visible behind the ice machine as well. The ceiling looked like it was about to collapse from water damage from the vending area on the floor above. The water park has rust covering anything that is metal. The bathrooms are also very disgusting, and they need to redo the flooring as it’s as slippery as ice. I’m not sure who is in charge, but they are not doing a very good job. Just seems dirty, unmaintained, and all about a money grab. GWL is worth over 2.9 billion, surely they can put some money back into their resorts.

Nous avons choisi cet Holiday Inn en raison de son emplacement convenable pour les boutiques et les restaurants. J'ai essayé de vérifier le soir tard (environ 2:30 p.m.) et quand j'ai entrai dans l'hôtel, dans la zone de la table frontale, il n'y avait personne. Personne à la table frontale. J'ai beaucoup voyageé, et je peux sincèrement dire que je n'ai jamais rencontré un bureau frontal vide. J'ai attendu quelques minutes, pensant à moi-même qu'ils sont peut-être sur un appel en arrière - mais après avoir attendu une bonne 10 minutes et criant ”HELLO-HELLO”, je restais là à attendre. J'ai fait un tour, j'ai finalement trouvé un visage ami dans la zone de lave-linge, et elle m'a aidé. Une fois que le gal front desk est sorti, elle m'a donné un snotty “puis-je vous aider?” - et je pense “really? No I'm sorry to keep you waiting?” Ugh. Une fois qu'elle a commencé à me regarder, elle s'est déroulée rapidement et sans heurts - elle a simplement déçu qu'elle ne m'a jamais pardonnée ou expliquée pourquoi je n'ai pas été attendue. La chambre n'était pas spéciale - 2 lits doubles et salle de bains standard. La chambre est à 11 h 10 et nous avons reçu un appel que nous devions partir. La piscine est très belle (la chaleur a été fermée en raison de la COVID) et il y a un bon restaurant qui a offert dîner et a eu un bar qui a servi des boissons. Le petit déjeuner est un supplément de 10 $. Nous n'avons pas reçu leur petit déjeuner. Gurnee est une belle zone avec beaucoup de restaurants - le shopping Mall est aussi un bon plus. Je resterais ici si dans la zone - et juste espérons un meilleur contrôle en service !!

Si vous assistez à la formation RTC ou si vous visitez en général, je recommande vivement cette localisation. Mon petit camp de démarrage de la Six-Six est un plaisir de rester ici. Ils fournissent un guide général concis à la zone, comment aller à RTC, etc. Ils ont aussi un transbordeur à RTC!!! Les chambres sont propres aussi. Grand cri à Abi et Erin parce qu'ils étaient très utiles et hébergés. Ils traitent vraiment leurs ambassadeurs bien qui était magnifique! J'ai déplacé un peu- mains vers le meilleur personnel Marriott. Il a été si important, surtout parce que j'avais une famille avec moi et je les vois souvent.

KKrissym77It had been a few years since my family had visited this location. The first thing you notice upon walking in is the now missing couches that used to surround the fireplace. It’s now just an empty space. They also removed the wooden benches that were near the restaurant. Next you go to check in, and they charge you $15 to parking in THEIR parking lot. There aren’t any exceptions, even with a handicap placard for your disabled child. (Very classy money grab) The room smelt so musty, even with cranking the AC up to try to get the smell out, it was useless. The bedding was super wrinkled, and it appeared to not have been changed. We did not spend the night, we left later that same day. There was a mold stain above the bed on the ceiling, and the shower head was falling off the wall. When we walked to the vending area it was completely disgusting. Water on half the floor with some towels down, and a sign, while it actively leaked out of the ice machine. Black mold was visible behind the ice machine as well. The ceiling looked like it was about to collapse from water damage from the vending area on the floor above. The water park has rust covering anything that is metal. The bathrooms are also very disgusting, and they need to redo the flooring as it’s as slippery as ice. I’m not sure who is in charge, but they are not doing a very good job. Just seems dirty, unmaintained, and all about a money grab. GWL is worth over 2.9 billion, surely they can put some money back into their resorts.

JJackLe personnel était très aimable et poli, même m'a aidé à économiser de l'argent sur la réservation en demandant quelques questions et en joignant au programme de récompenses gratuites. A quelques minutes de 6 Parcs de plaisir de Flags, avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins dans la zone, il était très pratique de trouver tout ce que vous vouliez. Il sera certainement de retour dans les futurs voyages.

IInvitéL'hôtel est bon. Il y a comme 6 hôtels en droite l'un l'autre qui peuvent être mieux. Je sais que Holiday Inn est super joli mais la piscine a été fermée. Nous sommes restés ici pour aller à la Grande Amérique et il était OK. La piscine et le spa est petit! Le tube chaud était juste chaud. Les chambres sont ok mais datées. Les salles de bains sont également très petites. Mais les lits et les coussins sont très confortables. Le pire est que nous étions au premier étage et les curtains ne ferment pas tout le chemin. Seul le drapeau de coupe. Le climatisation est sur elle, et les gens peuvent voir dans la maison. Il est probable que vous verrez un autre hôtel dans la zone avant de rester ici .

MmadsmombvNous avons choisi cet Holiday Inn en raison de son emplacement convenable pour les boutiques et les restaurants. J'ai essayé de vérifier le soir tard (environ 2:30 p.m.) et quand j'ai entrai dans l'hôtel, dans la zone de la table frontale, il n'y avait personne. Personne à la table frontale. J'ai beaucoup voyageé, et je peux sincèrement dire que je n'ai jamais rencontré un bureau frontal vide. J'ai attendu quelques minutes, pensant à moi-même qu'ils sont peut-être sur un appel en arrière - mais après avoir attendu une bonne 10 minutes et criant ”HELLO-HELLO”, je restais là à attendre. J'ai fait un tour, j'ai finalement trouvé un visage ami dans la zone de lave-linge, et elle m'a aidé. Une fois que le gal front desk est sorti, elle m'a donné un snotty “puis-je vous aider?” - et je pense “really? No I'm sorry to keep you waiting?” Ugh. Une fois qu'elle a commencé à me regarder, elle s'est déroulée rapidement et sans heurts - elle a simplement déçu qu'elle ne m'a jamais pardonnée ou expliquée pourquoi je n'ai pas été attendue. La chambre n'était pas spéciale - 2 lits doubles et salle de bains standard. La chambre est à 11 h 10 et nous avons reçu un appel que nous devions partir. La piscine est très belle (la chaleur a été fermée en raison de la COVID) et il y a un bon restaurant qui a offert dîner et a eu un bar qui a servi des boissons. Le petit déjeuner est un supplément de 10 $. Nous n'avons pas reçu leur petit déjeuner. Gurnee est une belle zone avec beaucoup de restaurants - le shopping Mall est aussi un bon plus. Je resterais ici si dans la zone - et juste espérons un meilleur contrôle en service !!
