La chambre est grande. Le service de la réception est 24 heures. Le serveur de la réception est très attitude. Les installations de cuisine interne sont également très complètes avec salle de bain, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, brouillard, pratique. L'environnement est également très bon, même si le bruit est à côté de l'autoroute, mais il n'y a pas de bruit.

Checked in to this hotel about 4:00 in the afternoon. Went to my room and found that the bathroom was all moldy and as I am very allergic to mold, I immediately went to front desk and asked to be moved. The clerk moved me down the hall to another room. This was a handicapped room, which I did not need, but I put my stuff in the room and thanked them for the room change and hurried out to go across to the hospital where my sister was in icu. When I returned that night, tired from an nine hour drive and several hours at the hospital, I was looking forward to a hot shower and bed. What I found was a shower curtain that lacked an foot or better from reaching the floor, and a shower head that squirted water all over the bathroom, so everything in the room got wet. What a mess. When I complained the next morning, I was told that that was just the way it was since I had been moved the night before. Also, they had no locked doors to the outside, so anyone could walk in or out during the night. It is a dirty, unsafe place. Wyndham needs to drop this hotel from their banner immediately. I only hope they are reading these reviews.

CColleen NelsonNous avons eu un grand séjour - partie d'un groupe de mariage et des dizaines de membres de la famille qui séjournaient dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très petite et le panneau de la chambre était contre le mur partagé avec la salle de bains ...so ”bruit” était un problème de matin.

IInvitéLe salon de la ville a été très bien réservé, mais il a été très difficile de les traiter, même si je les ai déjà payés. J'ai commandé trois chambres royales et j'ai eu la « mise à niveau » à trois chambres doubles. Pas ce que j'avais espéré. Les lits de ma chambre avaient des écrans visibles sur les deux matraques - ils auraient dû être retirés il y a des années. Il y avait un odeur offensif de quelques horribles repos sur les lits et les chaises - yuck. La douche utilisa le vieux bouton de tirage sur le vent de bain - ce qui permet à 50% de l'eau de s'écouler par le vent de bain contre la tête de douche... pas beaucoup de pression pour la douche. Ils semblent avoir ramené le petit déjeuner complimentaire - la nourriture d'orange était aqueuse...ne pouvait pas manger. Il n'y avait pas de fruit. Les donuts étaient roulés. L'omélette pré-made était satisfaisante. Le café était typique de café de l'hôtel.

MmilburnrossAprès avoir été transférée entre les hôtels par un tiers, j'ai fini dans les suites de Candlewood à Lenexa Kansas. Le premier échange a été introduit à Preston, le bureau de la nuit. J'avais plusieurs questions avec le tiers que j'avais utilisé depuis des années. Preston a pu expliquer les choix que j'avais et m'a donné des informations pour me relier au tiers. Preston était correct et patient avec moi, je devais m'avoir vérifié plusieurs fois. Je voyage chaque semaine dans le cadre de mon travail et son service client était plus que tout ce que j'ai reçu depuis des années.

IInvitéI've rarely stayed at Hyatt Hotels but I'm glad I did this time because it was a real treat. The rooms were well thought out, practical and yet stylish and clean. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way for me. And the breakfast was amazing. I've never had any hotel breakfast come close.

CCartruckgoPleasant 2-night séjour avant de longues conduire à la maison. Le bureau frontal était utile avec nos besoins et tous les employés masqués. La décoration de la chambre était presque nouvelle; tout était très propre. Beaucoup d'éclairage de tâche. La température était très confortable. Outside the bathroom, only handheld mirror; no bathroom fan or body lotion. Cold water took away too long to heat up. Food options were good and we would stay here again.

Second time a this hotel. The front desk staff are awesome (early evening shift, no experience with morning/day). The hotel is going thru a refresh so hopefully updating the extremely dated rooms. The first time I stayed on the third floor it was nice, this last time stayed on the second floor, and had a smokey smell to it in the hallways despite the non smoking signs all over. The beds overall are okay. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is standard as other Hampton Inns. I have stayed at quiet a few as a hilton diamond member with work travel. Will stay again, just hoping for the rooms to be all updated. The staff and cleanliness is what makes it for me.

Mon seul souci était que l'hôtel ferme le hall à 10:00PM par les signes partout dans le mur -- ils le font de sorte qu'il n'y a pas de problème de bruit à la nuit pour les chambres en bas du hall, de la lobby, etc. Je me suis bien amusé, mais je suis aussi en colère parce que nous mettons souvent les enfants en bas pour la nuit et que les parents se rencontrent tous dans le hall de l'hôtel pour la nuit et pour avoir un verre ou deux. -- Cela fait de cet hôtel moins ”équipe amicale” à mon avis. au moins 40+ sièges (lobby/site) Il semble que c'est leur façon de garder les gens hors de la zone. L'hôtel a été très ”nous sommes fermés pour la journée” et il a été très ”nous sommes fermés pour la journée”. Je comprends la fermeture à 10:00PM -- mais cela peut être un peu trop tard aussi les week-ends.

MMyty LouNous aimerons les Suites d'Ambassade de Hilton! Numéro 1 raison pour sa sécurité et sa propreté! Nous y sommes restés pendant 6 nuits, et ils ont l'impression de rentrer chez nous. Ils ont un réfrigérateur, une micro-ondes, un café, une télévision dans la chambre et la salle de séjour, et le bar que nous avons demandé pour le bébé! Plus de points pour le lavabo au deuxième étage! Le petit déjeuner est super, mais, vous savez, six jours avec le même petit déjeuner? Je préfère dormir. LOL! Sérieusement, nous aimons combien notre chambre est cool!
