La chambre est propre, la position géographique est très bonne, à la 5ème rue, mais pas très bonne.

Un peu enfermé. L'entrée est facile à manquer sur la route principale. Le parking à côté de l'hôtel est limité mais il y a beaucoup dans le complexe de bureau adjacent. Nice restaurant mexicain juste à côté de la porte. Le personnel était très compétent et la propriété était propre et bien gérée.

Ils vont au-dessus et au-delà pour rendre votre séjour aussi confortable que possible.

Il s'agit sans aucun doute de la WORST Hilton Garden Inn que j'ai eu le désagrément de téléphoner à la maison pour le week-end. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait une « question » avec le système et je ne pouvais pas obtenir la clé numérique. Il y avait une ligne de 10 personnes en attente profonde pour vérifier et 1 personne sur le bureau. Il fallait un peu de temps, donc j'ai essayé de reprendre ma clé numérique. A la suite, il n'y avait qu'un ascenseur de travail pour un hôtel 5 histoires. Il y avait un certain type de tournoi sportif pour les adolescents, donc l'ascenseur était extrêmement occupé. Lorsque nous sommes enfin entrés dans notre chambre, j'ai utilisé la salle de bains. J'ai fait la baignoire et la manche a été brisée ! Cela signifie que l'eau ne remplirait pas le réservoir et a juste continué à courir. J'ai appelé le bureau de front et leur a dit que notre toilette était brisée (je leur ai expliqué ce qui était la question). Ils ont envoyé un homme avec un piston. Mon mari lui a dit qu'il aura besoin d'outils et de pièces, pas de piston. Après 3 voyages, il a finalement pu le réparer. Il a probablement pris si longtemps parce qu'il avait utilisé le seul ascenseur de travail! Il y avait une longue voiture, donc j'attendais un moment dans le tube chaud. Après avoir attendu l'ascenseur pendant 5 minutes, j'ai finalement atteint la piscine/du tube chaud. Comme je voulais entrer, un des enfants criait: «Non, il est froid! Je pense que c'est hors d'ordre. » Je les remercie et je suis allé retourner dans ma chambre. Après avoir attendu l'ascenseur (revenant), je voulais remplir mon flacon d'hydro-glace et juste appeler une nuit. La machine à glace sur mon étage était BRUS! En raison d'un handicap, je ne pouvais pas juste descendre un étage, donc j'ai dû attendre cet ascenseur précieux. J'ai eu le glace, attendu encore, et finalement est revenue à notre chambre. J'espère que le lendemain sera mieux, nous sommes allés au lit. Le petit déjeuner est très confortable, le petit déjeuner est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Ils ont dit qu'ils avaient quelqu'un pour le service de dîner. Après une journée amusante avec la famille, nous sommes retournés à l'hôtel et le restaurant était sombre. Il y avait un signe excusant blah, blah, blah. J'ai commandé quelque chose de DoorDash. L'ensemble du séjour était une déception complète et je ne vais plus jamais rester à cet hôtel.

Pros - they actually had a towel rack near the sink. Many hotels are forgoing this for some reason. The towels themselves where very plush, and the coffee maker can provide two cups of coffee simultaneously. Cons - Extremely poor design of the shower. In order to turn the water one, and it starts cold, very cold, there is no way to turn it on unless you’re STANDING IN THE SPRAY!! The shower has two glass panels one is a glass wall and one is a door. Of course, the solid glass panel is the one next to the spigot. The only way to reach the spigot is to get into the shower and turn it on and there is no way to predict where the water is going to hit and the nozzle is to high up to reach for most people. As a result you get to start your day with a nice cold blast of water from head to toe! But don’t worry this is in lieu of coffee. They do provide coffee in the room but if you go down to the lobby after 9:30AM there is no coffee. Period! Most hotels provide coffee in the lobby throughout the day – not this one and if you don’t have your tail feathers down in the lobby by 9:30AM you are SOL. We booked this hotel to stay their New year’s eve night and New year’s morning the maid decides it’s a grand idea to knock on our door at 9AM in the morning to see if we need service!! There are signs all over the room stating if you need service you have to let them know otherwise, they won’t bother you. Apparently, this does not apply to the day of check out even though checkout is at noon and it was a Saturday and New Year’s day to boot. I called and complained about it and was told – well you should have put your sign out that you were not to be deserved. And I replied that is absolutely no excuse given the date and that check out is not until noon! I will not be coming back and would recommend not staying here unless you like cold showers, no coffee, and being waken up early by the maid. FYI that this hotel also requires that you pay for parking and breakfast.
