Formidable
Very new and clean room with kitchen with silverware, plates, glasses, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Separate bedroom with comfy pillow selection and great bathroom. It was extremely quiet. The staff was very polite and cordial. There was a complete sense of safety with no riff raff anywhere in the vicinity. The only downside was no place to eat nearby except for a burger place. It is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed in a long time and will definitely look for Ledgestone in the future.

Full disclosure: I have worked at hotels in the past. I was very disappointed with this hotel, and will NOT a return guest. Check in: My husband and I stopped by the hotel prior to the standard check in time, knowing a room would most likely not be available. We were off to a private event, and wanted to get the paperwork and credit card authorization done ahead of time. We did not know when we would be returning to the hotel, and did not want the night shift to cancel our room. When we asked to ”pre-register,” the woman working (who was clearly new) told us that was not an option. I was frustrated until her trainer stepped in and said that was fine. The trainer showed the new hire how to authorize our card, and stated she would leave clear/detailed notes for the evening shift that we were not a no show. Notes did not happen. I would understand if the lobby was busy at the time we arrived, but we were the only ones present. I received a call at 9:30 pm, which thankfully I was able to answer, from someone at the front desk asking if I was still coming. I answered yes, and said that my credit card had been authorized earlier in the day, and that there were supposed to be notes on my account. The front desk person seemed surprised, and didn't see any notes (or didn't look). They were calling because the hotel was oversold (”we have a full hose tonight”) and wanted my room. When my husband and I finally got back to the hotel, we were assigned a room on a low floor facing the main street. We could hear every car that drove by. We ordered the continental breakfast, which was a joke. My husband ordered the meat and cheese option, which was so disappointing and unappetizing he chose not to eat. Parking is cheap, ($10 per night), but the garage is shared with the hotel next door, and is chaotic at best. The only positive was that the room was clean.

SSewbikeThis has been our go to hotel for the past several years. It is convenient and located next to the Yakima river and Greenways trail. The outdoor pool and hot tub is open. The service and hospitality have been great, seemed better than in the past. All the elevators are working. Included breakfast is a money and time saver. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I just need to remember to bring my own pillow as hotel pillows tend to be too big or too hard. Parking is free. There is a Mexican restaurant next door and a Walmart across the street. Will stay again.

Best hotel in Yakima. This is a nice place to stay at and was very welcoming. The front desk was very attentive and room service was great! Everything was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but overall good for the family. Close to Bobs burgers which is a plus and target!

KKamiJ_12This is a great little hidden gem. We normally stay in Yakima when we come to the area, but chose this one for a change. We have never felt safe in Yakima. The room was clean, the hotel was in great shape! The ****** was good entertainment and the food was excellent. The only hiccup was that it is a “dry” property. It wasn’t a big deal, but was surprising. You cannot bring in any alcohol even to your room. I’m sure it was snuck in by others based on some observations, but I wasn’t willing to try. We will definitely stay here again.

KKBallOregonJe dirai que la faute ici est vraiment Expedia's, pas la propriété, mais quand j'ai réservé *******, il a dit que cette propriété avait un tube/douche, des combos dans les chambres du roi, donc j'ai réservé ici. Mais nous sommes ici et non seulement la propriété sous construction et le bruit, et la zone de petit déjeuner est complètement ennuyée avec la baisse de Waffle, mais les chambres ”renovées” rois, que j'ai réservées spécifiquement pour le tube, n'ont plus de tubes. Ils nous ont offert une autre chambre avec un tube, mais mon hubby aurait dû dormir sur un rouleau. Donc ne faites pas confiance ******* à leurs descriptions. Et ne reviens pas à cette propriété jusqu'en 2024 quand elle est finie et est une La Quinta au lieu d'une Ramada.

IInvitéTrès bon moment mais réservez la chambre pour 130 puis décidez de réserver pour une autre nuit pour 130. encore une fois, mais je cherchais vraiment cette réduction et j'étais ravi d'avoir une boisson et une collation gratuites le jour de mon anniversaire, mais le deuxième jour, ils ont complètement manqué de petit-déjeuner, alors assurez-vous que vous êtes les 25 premiers à prendre un petit-déjeuner en sac ou vous le ferez ' n'en obtenez pas un

SSV83353This was an uplanned overnight side trip and I'm really happy I stayed here. This hotel is excellant in every way - facility, staff, location, etc. I was on a ”Road Trip” and the room was a perfect respite - large, clean, comfortable bed/bedding and all the necessary amenities. The staff (especially Bill, Mandy &Araceli - front desk) were amazing. They were friendly, efficient and really helpful with things to do & restaurants. It was a delightful contrast to the Red Lion in Post Falls where I stayed the previous night (I do NOT recommend).

Elle a dit, ”Je suis désolé.” Je lui ai dit qu'elle aurait pu laisser une note qui disait quand elle rentrerait. Je demande une annulation, et elle a accepté gracieusement. Yakima, jamais plus! J'étais enfuie et effrayée dehors, je ne peux imaginer à l'intérieur. Je suis contente d'avoir pu annuler!
