The professionalism of the staff was amazing. I made a mistake, which I acknowledged, yet they still insisted on making it up to me. The room was great, as was the food. Very glad we chose to stay here.

This place was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was yummy. My friends and I had a great time catching up with each other in this relaxing environment.

Le bureau de check-in était merveilleux, la nuit était horrible, rude, et juste besoin d'être retiré! Nous avons voyageé toute la journée, je suis handicapé et j'ai été malheureux, j'ai fait du lobbying pour trouver du snack pour prendre une pille de douleur. Le petit déjeuner a été ajouté à notre frais de chambre, il a pris la banane et a reçu une conférence faite pour montrer la carte et le numéro de chambre et a conseillé que je ne pouvais pas revenir en une heure quand je démarre le petit déjeuner parce que elle ne voulait pas remplir la nourriture parce que je ne pouvais pas attendre, même si je l'avais déjà fait. Je ne sais pas combien il est difficile de remplacer une banane. Elle a continué son tyran pendant que j'attendais l'ascenseur et presque souhaitait que je l'aurais abandonnée et je l'aurais jetée dans son lobby ! Ceci n'a pas été appelé, surtout quand le prix de la chambre était supérieur 150.00. En effet, les emballages sont ensuite vérifiés sous le lit et en face de la nuit pour des articles que j'ai peut-être fait tomber et trouvé des gouttes de nourriture, de pizza, de popcorn et d'autres débris (pas de petits articles qui m'amènent à me demander comment la nettoyage est fait!) La maison était bien gardée et propre, mais elle était plus tard évidente, c'était juste superficielle. Le lit n'était pas horrible mais pas confortable. Il est également important de noter le petit déjeuner que j'ai été facturé et refusé autre que une banane était préfabriquée chauffage et aller à la station de gaz, donc il est clair facile de voir pourquoi elle était si stressée pour remplacer une banane ! the bedding had smoke burns and holes, the bathroom wasn't cleaned . I was suggest staff inspection of the rooms once cleaned . the location was ok , i only stayed one night . maybe it was a oversight, but the room had cards that stated no smoking but bedding had smoke burns

Je ne peux pas voir la route à la nuit, j'ai manqué l'entrée de l'hôtel deux fois. La chambre est très propre et le petit-déjeuner est très délicieux.

Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. La chambre était très propre et a une belle odeur fraîche. Les chambres ont un plancher en bois laminé et étaient même propres sous le lit. J'étais surpris qu'ils laissaient mon petit chien rester gratuitement, puisque la plupart des places facturent au moins 20 $. Nous sommes à Clarksville toutes les deux semaines pour travailler et c'est là que nous resterons.

Hampton inn rarely disappoints, but this one did. While the hotel was easily accessible and was clean and well appointed in the guest areas, some fine tuning was required to meet Hampton’s usual standards. The water temperature in the shower was barely luke warm with the knob all the way to the left. I applaud the dispensers in the bathroom to save on plastic. But the lotion dispenser was empty. The breakfast was well below standard. The scrambled “eggs” were swimming in liquid and looked very unappetizing. I would consider other hotels in this price range when traveling through Clarksville.

Trouvé une chambre ici après avoir annulé une chambre inacceptable dans un autre établissement. Le gestionnaire de nuit était absolument merveilleux. Félicitations dès que je suis entrée. Très belle chambre propre à un grand prix. Profite du petit déjeuner bar! L'un des meilleurs séjours que nous ayons eu et nous sommes vieux!
