This second floor, end unit has been completely renovated and is just steps from the ocean! You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with an open floor plan. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an over the stove microwave as well as a dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with tableware, cookware & all utensils. You will enjoy 2 TV's 1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom. We also have a DVD player with an extensive library & an in-unit stack-able washer & dryer. Cocoa Beach
We loved staying here! It was so nice having everything we needed at the condo. They had even bought me a new coffee pot while we were there. :) Hoping to get back there again!!

Great Stay in Cocoa Beach
Superb location for this unit where you can park the car and walk to grocery, shops, and restaurants. The community like most in the area is dated but clean. The unit has been updated with a nice kitchen, floors, and bath. Being on the top floor was great and having in unit washer and dryer was amazing (not all units have them). The quick 2 min walk to the beach via community walkway was easy and the unit had beach chairs, pickle ball racquets and was nicely furnished. Watching multiple rocket launches during our stay from the beach was icing on the cake of our trip.

A Week in Sandy's Paradise
This was an excellent place to stay and visit the beach. The property was clean, fully stocked with amenities, and close to a quiet beach. The owner went above and beyond with communicating with us about procedures and needs. If you're staying in Cocoa Beach, then this property should be top priority. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

Best Hosts Ever!
This is our second stay at this condo and we hope to return for many more years. The condo is always clean and the hosts make sure there are all the little things you need to feel at home. There are plenty of pots & pans, dishes, small appliances, beach chairs and almost anything else you could possibly need. There is a Publix across the road and many other shopping opportunities in walking distance. Hosts live nearby and were a great help solving problems that popped up (from working the remote for the giant tv to finding a good mechanic!) Really the only challenge we experience at this condo is choosing whether to walk the 2 minutes to the beach or the pool first.

Amazing Beach Getaway
Sandy was an excellent host…she made sure we had everything we needed for our two weeks @the beach. The condo has been updated with comfortable living room furniture as well as comfortable mattresses on the beds. The washer dryer and the dishwasher were excellent. The beach was a very short walk away and the pool is close as well. The complex is well maintained and we felt very safe. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We saw several rocket launches that were absolutely amazing from the beach. I highly recommend a stay in Sandy’s beach getaway!

So wonderful we are staying here again!
This 2nd-floor unit in the Diplomat is close to the ocean and away from any road noise. It has been newly renovated to a fresh, clean, and relaxing beach atmosphere and was stocked with everything we could possibly need; including numerous small appliances, a beach umbrella & chairs, and consumables like toilet paper, spices, and coffee to get us started. The washer and dryer are brand new!
The location is perfect...walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, shops, and almost right across the road from a grocery store. The owners are kind and very attentive if you need anything. We didn't want to leave and can hardly wait to get back there again next year

A+ Amazing!
The condo was very beautiful, well kept and you can tell it has recently been updated. Amenities were above and beyond! The Host was great...made sure we had everything we needed and communicated well! Great location! Would have no problem staying here again.
