Inside, the cottage features a king bed, two twin beds, and a full bathroom, with TVs and Netflix, plus complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for cooking at home. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, along with beach chairs for your seaside adventures. Guests have private access to all parts of the cottage including the laundry, charcoal BBQ grill, garden, and outdoor dining area—all within a fully fenced backyard. Your Private parking space is marked with your cottage number. You are welcome to our beach supplies. We just ask you to treat them gently for the next to enjoy. I am nearby and always available. I believe in the importance of privacy so I will not be coming by unless it’s needed. You will be provided my direct number where you can call or text anytime. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture. CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm.
