Bon emplacement dans le centre-ville et quartier agréable avec beaucoup d'universités autour de l'hôtel, signifie sécurité. Des petits supermarchés, des magasins d'alimentation, un petit centre commercial se trouvent également à proximité de l'hôtel. Juste un gros embouteillage le matin et après les heures de pointe. Les aliments au barbecue sont bons et il y a un très bon restaurant chinois/asiatique. Nous avons pris la vue ici et c'est un endroit vraiment fantastique ici.

Hotel luxueux, propre ayant un excellent service. Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et la nourriture est délicieuse! J´ai pu obtenir un test PCR directement dans ma chambre afin de décoller le lendemain!

J'ai eu ma réception de mariage à la Résidence de vacances. L'hospitalité est très prometteuse et le cœur se fond. J'ai eu des arrangements merveilleux pour le déjeuner. Et le goût de la nourriture est excellent. Je remercie M. ***i pour le déjeuner irrigé. Les membres du personnel sont très inquiets, en particulier Mme Lavanaya (Event ***ager).

I had booked the hotel 6 months in advance for the Mahashivarathri at Isha, Coimbotore for March 7-9. When I went to the hotel, they said that I did not have March 7 booked and that I had only March 8th booked. March 7th would have the highest de***d as it was the night before Shivarathri and all the hotels in town were fully booked. I showed them my Orbitz booking details where it said that I had the booking secured For March 7-9th. I had a confirmation number and itinerary number and the Orbitz representative said it was CONFIRMED. They also said that ”It's important to note that the cancellation was initiated by the hotel” These were his (Kumar) very words. I am a lady, traveling Solo from US and the hotel canceled my reservation for one of the nights, the night that was crucial and in de***d for attending the Mahashivarathri, without sending me a single message. I was stranded in a strange town with nowhere to go. They obviously did this to get a better price from another customer. The hotel kept blaming Orbitz. However, I believe the hotel was at fault. The reception personnel (Hareesh) told me all the rooms are booked, but they would have to bump someone out to give me a room. So this seems like a practice they follow. But the ***ager (Krishnamurthy), said sorry this happened, and find another room somewhere else. That was it! No apologies, no regrets, no conscience, nothing. We book on trust. This is unpardonable. I am uploading some screenshots of the conversation. I would NEVER trust this hotel again.

1 réservé cet hôtel à Yatra pendant 2 jours pour 7k. Visite l'hôtel autour 9-9.30 et demande une chambre mais la réception est refusée au départ précoce. Je leur ai dit que je suis un client qui accompagne ma femme aujourd'hui, qui est médecin à un poste à l'hôpital de Ganga. Les membres du personnel de réception ne semblent pas obliger à faire une réservation directe ou à payer 2k supplémentaires pour 2 heures. Je leur ai demandé de m'avoir connecté à ***ager, mais ils m'ont connecté à leur superviseur immédiat. Le personnel ici est prêt à donner la chambre pour une réservation directe mais pas à l'invité qui vient avec une réservation de yatra/ MMT etc. J'ai vu quelques clients sortir devant moi et quand je les ai signalés, ils ont dit que le garde-house n'était pas encore venu et il faudrait du temps pour qu'ils nettoient. J'ai même demandé de leur donner une chambre temporaire pendant 10 minutes pour que je puisse prendre une douche et aller à l'hôpital. Ils n'ont pas été obligés. J'étais à ***y hôtels de la même et de la plus haute étoiles. Ils ont toujours obligé de se rendre à la première heure et de se mettre à jour si elle est disponible. De plus, dans ma chambre d'expérience, la nettoyage prend 15 minutes. J'ai attendu à la réception pendant une heure en avance de l'arrivée de la chambre. La chambre a besoin de petits ménages. La chaussure de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas correctement. Sèche-cheveux, manque de salle de slip

This hotel has class and character,.thanks to the GM of this property Mr.Milton.He has a great bunch of well trained staff with great customer service skills.starting from the concierge,front office ,dining room and the housekeeping. My family and I stayed for 3 nights here and we cannot praise enough the level of service we enjoyed.the dining room staff ***aged by Karthik were spot on, esp the young lady Govardhini who was so attentive. We found the rooms very airy and clean with great room service.something you should not miss here in the Sunday buffet lunch.it’s Huge .it must very popular with the locals. It’s a pity they don’t have much room to grow into a 5 star property.,but satisfaction Guaranteed at this boutique hotel. Thank you Milton and Co for making our stay very pleasant and memorable.hope to visit again for sure

We were well received on checkin offered good room. Stay was very comfortable with less price. Being our train is at 4. 00pm, we have to check out at 11. 00am, even we thought of stay up to 2. 00pm, we couldn't. If there is option in make my trip webpage for 24 hrs check in, it will be comfortable, those who look for the same
