Must be registered as guests when booking or upon arrival. • NO PARTIES- Neighborhood quiet time is 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM and is enforced by law enforcement if complaints are made by neighbors. If law enforcement is called to the home, there will be a fine of $500 per occurrence. • IMPORTANT: Parking is limited to the drive way of the home, and directly in front of the home on the street between our driveway and the red mark on the curb before the neighbor’s driveway. Vehicles should be limited to a maximum of 4 at the home. Park only in the direction of the traffic if you have to park in front of the home. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor’s homes or in front of the fire hydrant as it could result in fines or a ticket. • No smoking in the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of completely extinguished cigarette butts in a bucket available on the back porch or in the outdoor trash can in front.
