"Your advertisement on social media is deceptive  Rooms need upgrade had to change room from third floor to second floor the room assigned smelled  terrible no closet door very poor laundromat terrible upgrade your machines The room that was given kitchen was not completed on top of fridge cabinet was started  and not completed  Breakfast hot as hell and the attendant very annoying even moved my coffee not nice keep making gestures to close refrigerator door very unprofessional  Will not recommend to anyone  very disappointed"

"Our check in was held up while we waited for sometime come to the front desk - turns out he was outside taking a smoke break. At bedtime we realized that there were no linens for the pull out bed so headed to front desk to ask for them. Was told there were no blankets but when we insisted someone brought out from another room. Once we got back upstairs we discovered that it had a tennis ball size whole in it. The next day we asked for a replacement but were told none to be had. I was surprised at the sloppy work done to make the bed the next day and would have thought whoever was in housekeeping would have removed that blanket and replaced it but nope it was on the bed the next day Enjoyed breakfast and the staff that attended the breakfast bar were super friendly and attentive Heated pool was a plus for sure"

"We’ve stayed in hotel all over the US & international, and this is BY FAR, my favorite place ever. This hotel was absolutely amazing! The management and staff were on top of every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor private terrace was spectacular! It was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. The grounds and pool area were beautifully decorated and the landscaping was perfection. We mentioned we wanted to go to the beach one morning and Marco - who is super friendly and helpful - gave us a ride down the block in his golf cart. When we arrived, they had set up the chairs, umbrella, and side table for us to enjoy our time in the sun. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!! Thank you to all Escalante staff for making our stay the most enjoyable ever!"
