The spacious living and dining area (approx. 50 m²) with a ceiling height of up to 6 metres is the perfect place to relax. 4 bedrooms offer space for up to 8-10 people, two bathrooms, a guest WC and the cosy kitchen complete the generous space of 170 sqm in total.
The entire house is lovingly furnished to a high standard, including the kitchen and bathrooms. In the cooler months of the year, a large tiled stove and a wood-burning stove provide additional cosy warmth.
The large covered balcony terrace and the garden invite you to spend time outdoors.
The conservatory is a favourite romantic spot, especially on cool evenings.
On hot summer days, the north-facing terrace also offers protection from the heat outside.
The house is suitable and cosy for a couple as well as for families with children. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
Your hosts Edith and Christoph von Weitzel-Mudersbach will be happy to advise you on worthwhile excursion destinations, sports facilities (golf, bathing lakes, thermal baths, etc.), gastronomy in the neighbourhood and nearby and on cultural offers in the region.

Wonderful property and host.
We all had a great time. Oir host was the best. Helped us with dinner reservations at the castle. He drove us there and helpednus order. We woild go there again

Absolutely Wonderful home!!!
We had a fantastic stay at Cristoph’s lovely home. The home is even more beautiful and spacious than we had anticipated. The beds are cozy and the home is extremely well stocked and in such a great village. We enjoyed walking in the evenings and found the locals to be some of the friendliest we have ever experienced. Christoph is an excellent host and works hard to do all he can to make the stay perfect. He gave us many suggestions of things to do nearby and even invited us to attend a concert he had organized in a nearby village. We highly recommend staying in this home and we hope to be able to stay again soon. Thank you, Christoph!!!

Romantische strasse
Dit is een grote mooie woning waar je heel comfortabel kunt verblijven. Er is een grote tuin, het ligt in een heel rustige buurt maar alles je nodig hebt is in de buurt, van winkels tot restaurants. Colmberg ligt in het centrum van Franconia, aan de romantische strasse en is daardoor omgeven door historische pittoreske stadjes. Daar is je vakantie mee te vullen maar de natuur is ook prachtig en divers. Heerlijk om te wandelen. Er word ook veel gefietst. Wij waren er eind mei. Vooral de nachten waren kouder dan je mocht verwachten. Na contact met de eigenaar is hij direct langs gekomen en heeft de verwarming in orde gemaakt. Compliment voor de snelheid en het vriendelijke contact.

Stilvolles Ambiente
Uns erwartete ein sehr gepflegtes und besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem großen Garten in wunderbar ruhiger Lage.Check-in und Check-out waren völlig unkompliziert.Gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche u. a. erhielten wir von unserem sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter.Wir haben uns hier, samt Hund, sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses schöne Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Eine Woche Wohltat
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einem wirklichen Traumhaus bei Gastgebern die uns überaus freundlich empfingen. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Ideal gelegen zu anderen Tagesreisezielen. Es ist ein schöner Ort zum Ausspannen. Und das kann man von Beginn an. Sowohl die An- als auch die Abreise waren unkompliziert. Wir bedanken uns für Alles!

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Wir sind zwei Paare mit je einem kleinen Hund und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Haus.
Bereits der Empfang war sehr herzlich und uns wurde alles eingehend gezeigt und erklärt. Auch die Option, dass wir uns jederzeit bei den Vermietern melden können, war sehr gut, musste aber nicht in Anspruch genommen werden.
Das ist mit sehr viele Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht und ausreichend Platz für alle.
Der Garten ist der Hammer und wenn alles blüht, mit Sicherheit noch schöner.
Es ist sehr ruhig in der Gegend, aber deswegen waren wir ja auch da. Alle Nachbarn und generell die Leute in der Gegen sind sehr sehr nett. Hier wird man noch gegrüßt, auch wenn man sich nicht kennt. Das kennen wir aus der Großstadt nicht :-) leider.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und bedanken und für den wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und Kontakt.

Kurzurlaub
Wir verbrachten mit unseren beiden Hunden fünf sehr schöne Tage in Colmberg.
Das Ferienhaus ist mit grosser Liebe zum Detail und hervorragend ausgestattet. Lesestoff mitzubringen erübrigt sich, da Bücher für jeden Geschmack vorhanden sind!
Wir haben uns daran und an einem schönen Kachelofen und gemütlichem Wintergarten erfreut. Bei schönem Wetter haben wir den grossen Balkon und den Garten genossen! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich, jedoch sind sehenswerte Ziele gut zu erreichen.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit gut zu erreichen, kurz gesagt wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!
