Overall the hotel is excellent … Front Desk Irenath is very welcoming to guest. A young man that understanding well the hospitality level to ensure guest is comfortable. The Roof Top Restaurant manager ensure that I like the meals that I order. The food quality at roof top restaurant is awesome. I love the nasi goreng & kutty roti. The room is good clean but can be better at the bathroom.

Passé 4 nuits et le rapport qualité prix est correct . Le service est bon la chambre claire et propre . Un petit regret le nombre d oreillers ... un seul . Le petit dejeuner est bien fourni avec un personnel attentionné. La terrasse le soir est un plus indéniable . Le parking est aussi un plus. La wifi et la clim excellents A recommander

Seated in Sheraton's Colombo Kitchen restaurant as I write this review. Pretty disappointed with the unattentive, disinterested service by the staff accross the board. HR department really has to up their game in either providing adequate training to staff (who look distinctly like school kids) or else be a tad more selective in their future recruitment. In any case the Sheraton have their work cut out trying to even match the levels of service provided by the other 5 Star hotels of Colombo. Thinking of trying out the restaurants of Sheraton Colombo? Don't bother. Distinctly underwhelming experience!

One of the best stays I had in couple of years .Sri lankan front office manager and team is well deserving and friendly attentive and has all the good qualities of a great team .Concierge team and the rooftop bar was amazing.If you are looking for a hotel in colombo there is no such nice place than Grandbell.I wish you all the very best and thank you for all the efforts you take daily to make our stay amazing 😘Kudoz guys

Try the new burgers. It’s phenomenal..!! Thanks to Chef Aqib & Zeeyard. They are superstars. Cafe staff inc barista’s are robin to their kitchens Batman (of course the chefs)! Okay. I’ve been an avid patron of TITO’s cafe in ground level at Marriott hotel Colombo. Always stuck to coffee and sometimes croissants. But the new and introduced burgers especially beef burger just too brilliant. The cheddar cheese, the bacon the burger the sauce’s just the right amount. Try the Spanish coffee or the cafe lattes ask for single shot of espresso! You would go wrong here.

Nous avons passé en tout 14 jours Au Ramada. Le personnel aussi bien à l’accueil, qu’au restaurant, qu’au bar ou à la piscine nous ont permis de nous sentir vraiment bien, par leur gentillesse , leurs sourires, leur attention discrète. Un buffet de petit déjeuner varié, avec des curries ainsi que le choix d’un petit déjeuner continental. Nous avons mangé à plusieurs reprises dans leurs deux restaurants ; un indien et un européen. Notre préférence allant à l’indien. Les cocktails au « Happy Hour « le soir était divin. La piscine très propre. Et la chambre à coucher spacieuse et propre. Bref, un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel.

We were at the silvertips, ambience of the outlet was so nice it gave us a feeling of luxury. The aromas of the hotel calms you down and it's so peaceful. Staff was really nice. Special thanks to Lakshitha from housekeeping for his exceptional service. Hope to visit you soon.

Отель новый, с хорошим дизайном и месторасположением, есть камера хранения, где можно оставить багаж, если есть промежуток между заездами в отель. Казалось бы есть всё, что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Обслуживание на три звезды. Первый раз, когда остановились в отеле, нас встретила на reception портье улыбчивая, приветливая, очень доброжелательная. Во второй раз, когда приехали в отель, на reception нас оформлял мужчина, о приветливости и доброжелательности которого, вообще речи не шло. Улыбаться, похоже, он в принципе не способен. Обратили внимание, как он оформлял заселение других туристов; тоже каменно-требовательное поведение. Явно не на своем месте. Ко всему, на просьбу заселить в номер с раздельными кроватями, нам предоставил номер для инвалидов: одна двухспальная кровать и кровать для инвалида. Бороться с этим безобразием уже не было сил: устали, надо было уложить вещи, утром отъезд. Завтрак “шведский стол”. При входе в ресторан со стороны хостес: ни приветствия, ни улыбки. Обратили внимание, что туристам, которые пришли позже нас, не хватило кофе. Отходят от стойки с пустыми чашками. Мы много путешествуем и, когда завтрак - шведский стол, сотрудники ресторана постоянно следят и пополняют, если что-либо заканчивается из напитков и еды. Причем, в помещении находился хостес, он наблюдает ситуацию, но ничего не предпринимает. Ощущение, что его основная задача - роль надзирателя, ну, а если кому-то, что-то не хватило, как говорят “кто не успел, тот опоздал”. В первый день приезда за завтраком вообще сложилась не понятная для нас история. На стол, за которым расположились, мы положили пачку антисептических салфеток (в поездках пользуемся постоянно). Подошел сотрудник, попросил показать пакетик, подозрительно рассматривал, крутил пачку, что-то пытался понять в надписях на русском языке. Что он хотел там найти, не понятно. Позже уже стало смешно: может, надо было показать ему как ими пользоваться… При выходе из ресторана мы поблагодарили за завтрак. Реакция в ответ – абсолютно каменное лицо. Утром подошли на reception, сообщили, что уезжаем. Нас остановили и сказали подождать, пока проверят номер. Десятки отелей от 3 до 5 звезд, где нам приходилось останавливаться, это первый случай, когда пришлось ждать, пока пересчитают полотенца и проверят не прихватили ли мы еще что-либо из интерьера. И этот отель позиционирует себя, как четырехзвездочный? По обслуживанию на четыре звезды не тянет.

Hotel idéalement placé dans le quartier du fort et des restaurants. Beau roof top avec vue sur la Lotus Tiwer. Chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Hôtel moderne, équivalent aux hôtels européens. Nous conseillons le restaurant Ministry of Crab à 2 pas de l’hôtel.

L'hôtel est vieux. Le hall est neuf. Les vues des fenêtres sont ennuyeuses même si c'est l'un des endroits où vous pourrez voir les ports. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont vieux et certains équipements électriques ne fonctionnent pas. Certains tiroirs n'étaient pas bien nettoyés et contenaient même des champignons. Le chauffage solaire n'aide pas. C'est durable et j'aime ça, mais l'eau chaude met du temps à arriver. La nourriture est bonne, rien de spécial mais le buffet est cher. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas le meilleur, très basique Le service et le personnel sont très sympathiques et parlent bien anglais.
