La chambre d'hôtel est très grande, le design doit être magnifique et le petit déjeuner est également très délicieux. C'est un petit déjeuner typiquement américain. C'est très bien d'avoir un menu à commander selon vos goûts. La maison a un canapé. C'est très prévenant qu'un serveur vienne dans la chambre pour ouvrir le canapé et le mettre. La position est très proche de l'Université de l'État d'Ohio, qui est le plus grand avantage de cet hôtel. Dans le même temps, la qualité et l'attitude du service de la réception sont également très bonnes, les procédures de séjour et de départ sont très simples. Les installations sont complètes, mais la surface est très petite. Une personne peut être bien logée si deux personnes ou plus ont une expérience très mauvaise.

I never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.

We had a work conference here over the weekend, so no choice in where we stay as there was a block rate for rooms. From pictures it looked like it was going to be a very nice stay in a good location close to Polaris. Parking is very slim here when there are multiple conferences going on and we had to park in the overflow lot several times. When we checked in the clerk was very friendly and we had no issues. We had a King Suite w/ Sofa Sleeper Room. The room was average at best, the carpet didn't look like it had been swept with crumbs and such on it. The bed was hard as a rock with lumpy pillows (probably the worst 3 nights of sleep I have had in a long time). The A/C/Heater is so loud its like an airplane coming into land and woke us up every single time it kicked on. It was so bad the 3rd night we slept with it completely shut off. The bathroom was very small and I had no hot water when showering for the 3 days I was here. I feel like they dont have a large enough water heating system to properly supply hot water when the hotel is at capacity which it was this weekend. The water pressure was also weak and hard to rinse the soap of your hair or body. It is not ideal on how the bathroom is set up either as I needed to be up early for my conference daily while my family was trying to sleep. There is no door in the sink area so you have to blind the rest of the room to get ready, there is only a small pocket door that closes for the shower and toilet. Poor design if you're traveling with others. The conference facilty is across from the hotel section and you have to walk outside to get there. There were multiple conferences going on and we were in the rear portion, the conference area is clean and well maintained. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and we had no tables which made for two days of classroom learning pretty miserable, not sure if the hotel it to blame or our organization on this one, but other rooms appeared to have nicer chairs and table set up. The food that was served for the conference was excellent quality and there were always cold and hot drinks available which was very nice. The Bar area was huge and poured good drinks, the worst part again is it is not connected to the hotel and you do have to walk outside to get there. The Fitness Center was great and had everything you could need for a hotel gym, treadmills, bikes, elliptical, water machine, towels etc. Overall I would not choose to stay here for a trip unless it was necessary for the conference as the hotel room quality was not up to par.

Aimez venir ici pour le travail, essayez de venir à celui-ci à chaque fois. Des gens formidables qui travaillent, des chambres propres. Assez chanceux pour obtenir Britan, il vous fera toujours sentir comme chez vous et vous aidera à trouver votre chemin.

L'hôtel est parfait pour un week-end. Dans une distance de marche à l'arène nationale, c'est là où nous avons vu un concert à. Il était agréable de ne pas avoir à lutter pour le parking! Le temps était parfait pour nous permettre de nous asseoir cette nuit par le puits de feu et de se détendre. Nous avons commandé de la nourriture du restaurant. Un hamburger incroyable! 10/10 recommander. Je dirai, le seul négatif était l'AC n'était pas le meilleur même avec elle a baissé aussi bas qu'elle allait, elle était encore stuffy

Très bon endroit propre pour rester !
