We stayed 15th-17th March, stayed in room 226 overlooking the road, the room was super clean, as was the bathroom, staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of meat, cheese, bread and tea/coffee. i would sum up it was clean and comfortable, road was abit noisy but nothing terrible and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Thankyou.

Отличное расположение - до центра, вокзала и пирса идти до 15 минут. Рядом есть хорошие и недорогие места для обеда и ужина, присоединяюсь к людям, рекомендующим пиццерию на углу). Да, отель не новый, но все работало, и было чисто. Завтрак не сильно разнообразный, но я получила от него удовольствие и ушла сытой. Соотношение цена/качество меня полностью устроило!

離火車站幾百米遠，大概要走七八分鐘。房間中規中矩，早餐還可以，種類不多。附近有個家樂福超市，一個巴基斯坦人經營的披薩和Kebab店。酒店隔壁就是家餐廳。離科莫湖很近，走路五分鐘。

Bardzo fajny hotel w super lokalizacji. Do supermarketu parę minut, do jeziora również. Pokoje czyste, łazienka bardzo fajna. Śniadanie przepyszne a obsługa bardzo miła. Polecam gorąco dobry stosunek ceny do jakości

酒店位置還行 離火車站步行10min 樓下有餐館 離湖和碼頭都不遠 早飯豐盛但吃不習慣 不是自助 需提前一天預約

Приятгый персонал, к счастью, достался номер не с видом на дорогу, из плюсов - близость к ж/д вокзалу - минут 10 пешком, невысокая цена для Комо с собственной ванной комнатой, в целом номер очень простой, без особых удобств (чайника нет, но можно попросить у милейшего персонала), фен кому он принципиален как мне лучше брать свой, так как тем, что в номере высушить волосы невозможно

Hôtel pratique car a 100m du port et du centre ville historique. Le prix reste raisonnable mais plus cher que la moyenne. La ville de Côme est très touristique. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Attention il n'y a pas de place de parking, il faut prévoir le ticket si on laisse sa voiture plus que la nuite

The hotel is close to the station, about 10 minutes walk. It is situated just outside the main Como centre with the pleasant walk into the centre taking about 10/15 minutes, which after a night out is perfect for settling the stomach! The hotel itself is of the older type, probably dating from the 1970’s and as such does appear a little dated but we found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. The room and toilets were very clean. Again, the room are a little dated and certainly not ‘boutique’ but that is reflected in the very reasonable prices charged per night. My wife and I were bought this trip for our anniversary by our daughter and we absolutely loved our stay. The thing that my wife and I always say is why spend £200 per night on a hotel that you only sleep in! You spend the whole day and most of the night exploring the city! The bed is firm but comfortable and we even had a view of Lake Como from our balcony. The bathroom was lovely and warm and very well fitted out. Excellent water pressure in the shower. We will definitely return to this hotel. It is perfect for a city break!!

Really didn’t want to go to this hotel, wowcher changed it to this. We got there and they didn’t know how many days we was meant to be staying and thought we was only staying for the night, the wallpaper is falling off the walls, there’s no working lights in the staircase so you have to walk in complete darkness, the room key is a broken plastic card holder held together with cellotape and a big obnoxious key ring that has the room number on it. We got in the hotel room and the air conditioning and heating didn’t work, the fridge couldn’t be plugged in so it was left unplugged, bed had hairs in it, the window had rusty metal shutters on it and the vents were covered in dust. Bathroom had short black hairs on the sink and shelf of the mirror, the water wouldn’t stay warm and it would go from freezing to boiling (especially using the bidet be so careful). Very sketchy hotel, the walls are paper thin and you can hear anyone’s conversations, heard loud phone alarms going off at early hours and the hairdryer is so loud u can hear it from down the hall, although it was barely blowing any air out whatsoever.. worst thing was when we asked about the safe not working and he laughed and said none of the safes work, even worse when the door handle was getting rattled at all hours as if someone was trying to get in the room. Did not feel safe at all. Especially with people sitting downstairs watching you leave the hotel when they wasn’t staying there. Phone seemed to also not work and the plug sockets were mostly all coming off the wall or didn’t work. Not to mention when giving the key back he said it would be 24 euros for city tax when we go there around 5pm on the sunday and left 5am on the tuesday. He said it was 4 euros pp per night however after searching it up it says it should be around 2€ not 4, also wasn’t told this at the beginning and wasn’t included in the price. Bags of rubbish were thrown outside in a pile and it wasn’t very safe going out at night. Only good thing was the pizza shop on the corner of the road. Would never go back here again

Brilliant hotel! All staff very friendly and helpful cannot do enough for you! Rooms basic but spotless (no kettle but they will make you a tea or coffee just go to reception and ask) location next to a bus stop, supermarket you can see from hotel and its 24/7 and very reasonable! Town is 10 minutes down the road as is the lake! Literally cannot praise this hotel enough! Breakfast is continental.
