The wrap around kitchen peninsula gives you plenty of room to not only feast but prep so that everyone can pitch in. And because we doubled up on our coffee makers and refrigerators, no one has to go unfueled. There are a couple of empty cupboards to store your pantry items as well as plenty of pots, pans, plates, and kitchen appliances to make meals easier to manage. (Make sure you stop at a store before you get to Concan. The closest large grocery store is 40 mins away!) Dining fit For Everyone There is nothing worse than not enough seats around the table. We give you enough bench seating to have everyone seated comfortably at meal times. 2 Living Rooms Settle in for the game on the downstairs satellite and cable-enabled TV…and exile the kids to the loft TV room. Both rooms have comfy couches and flat screens. The upstairs room also has a balcony overlooking the pool, as well as a foosball table to keep the kiddos occupied. Pool Side Paradise Out on the patio you’ll find the pool, fully fenced (but not kid proof). The irregular-shaped pool has step-in access as well as built-in poolside seating. The 8-person hot tub sits above the pool with a warm waterfall trickling in at the shallow end. You’ll have loungers and poolside chairs for soaking up the sun. BBQ Covered Platform At the far end of the pool is the BBQ pit with picnic tables for poolside dining under a separate shaded patio area. You’ll be able to get your grill on any time of day without worrying about getting a sun burn. Fun & Games You can set up a game of volleyball on the lawn or in the pool. A friendly game of horseshoes or washers is a perfect way to spend the time you need to wait for your marinade to finish working its magic. The pit is behind the pool. Please keep in mind that even if booked through VRBO you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign VIP Rental Agreement.
