"Not only does the hotel have a perfect central location near all the restaurants, central plaza and century architecture, it offers excellent quality at a reasonable price. The rooms are super clean, somewhat spartan and the setting is quiet for its mid-city location. A unique leafy walkway whisks you away from the hustle and bustle of the city and brings you to the quiet calm of the living areas. Breakfast is quite reasonable with healthy options. Alexis at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel like the most valued guest of the year, Sebastian was super helpful and Roxana's smile at the breakfast buffet took away the pre-coffee sting of the morning. "This hotel could have been a good experience if it had not been for the front desk. While my husband was working here for one week, I tried to enlist their help in securing dinner reservations. I would ask on my way out and by 4 pm they still “ hadn’t reached “ the restaurant. They also don’t seem to communicate very well with each other. They “ forgot “ wake up calls and the answer was that they had emergency in another part of the hotel. One outstanding area-. Housekeeping. Friendly, helpful and went above and beyond their assigned jobs. Good location, decent breakfast."
