This charming GREEN studio/cottage features a phenomenal all in one living space with a king size bed and a cozy living area were there is a comfy queen sofa sleeper that will accommodate from 1 to 4. The rate is based on up to 4 guest only. The 2 comfortable barrel chairs round out the living/leisure area. You will enjoy the relaxing view from your sleeping area as it has a full view of the beautiful blue water. The unbelievable fully equipped kitchen is made up of a full size refrigerator, full size oven range, microwave, toaster, Kerurig coffee maker and all the essentials to prepare anything from an appetizer to a gourmet meal. The center Island is for you for enjoying happy hour together, dinner sitting or just playing that fun card game. The washer and dryer are in the unit for your personal convenience along with an iron and ironing board. The no clutter walk-in closet is a perfect space for storing your luggage and your personal belongs. The bathroom is furnished with lush towels, toiletries and beach towels.
