« Très bien, je ne m'attendais pas à une si belle chambre pour ce prix. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour de l'hôtel, et la station de métro est à seulement quelques minutes à pied, c'est super pratique. La décoration de la chambre est aussi à mon goût, j'ai particulièrement aimé la grande baie vitrée avec vue panoramique, c'était très agréable. Le service de la réception était également excellent, ils nous ont accordé un départ tardif d'une heure. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Chengdu, je logerai à nouveau ici. »

« L'hôtel est situé dans un immeuble résidentiel de 51 étages. Différents hôtels et résidences privées occupent les divers étages de ce bâtiment géré par Vanke Property. L'accès à l'immeuble et aux ascenseurs se fait par carte magnétique, ce qui garantit une grande sécurité. Bien que l'immeuble soit très haut, les ascenseurs sont incroyablement rapides et fluides. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, juste à côté du temple Daci, de Taikoo Li et de Chunxi Road. C'est très pratique pour se déplacer en métro, prendre le bus touristique de Chunxi Road, dîner, faire du shopping ou visiter le Panda grimpant. Notre chambre était au 38ème étage et correspondait parfaitement aux photos publicitaires : deux chambres, un salon, avec de grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable. Le lit était également très confortable. Je dois absolument mentionner le fauteuil de massage dans le salon. Après avoir beaucoup marché chaque jour avec mes parents, il était si agréable de pouvoir se détendre et se faire masser en rentrant à l'hôtel. Le service est personnalisé : après l'enregistrement, on nous a remis des cartes d'accès et nous avons été ajoutés à un groupe WeChat avec le concierge. Nous pouvions poser toutes nos questions dans ce groupe, et le concierge répondait rapidement, demandant chaque jour si nous souhaitions que la chambre soit nettoyée. Le concierge est même venu nous aider à régler le projecteur et a partagé son compte iQiyi avec nous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chengdu et mes parents étaient très satisfaits ! »

« On the first day I arrived at Chunxi Road, I got lost. It was very cold and I couldn’t find the entrance to the building. I kept walking around in circles and started to feel discouraged.
But my effort finally paid off when I met the Chinese staff member who takes care of the apartment. He was incredibly kind and spoke fluent English. Hhe gave very helpful directions and was genuinely concerned about me, trying to contact me several times. Unfortunately, my WeChat wasn’t working, so it was difficult to communicate.
He was extremely polite and even lent me a winter jacket for my trip to Mount Siguniang and Bipenggou. My BF used it throughout our trip and returned it after we finished traveling. Sadly, I didn’t get a chance to see him again when I brought the jacket back.
If I visit Chengdu again, I will definitely stay here. Once you know the way in and out of the building, the location is very close to the metro. The staff are so kind and thoughtful that it almost makes you feel embarrassed by their generosity. Thank you so much for lending me the jacket — otherwise I might have frozen in the mountains!

Taikoo Li et Chunxi Road sont juste en bas, avec tous les bons restaurants et les lieux branchés à distance de marche. Vraiment, pour l'emplacement, je donnerais 200/100 sans hésiter.
Je pensais qu'avec un tel emplacement, il ne fallait pas s'attendre à plus, et pourtant ! La propreté est impeccable ! La chambre est super bien équipée ! Surtout, la possibilité de laver son linge est très appréciable ! Ma mère était ravie ! »

« Je suis très satisfait ! L'hôtel est à environ un kilomètre de la base de recherche sur les pandas géants et la station de métro la plus proche est à moins de dix minutes à pied. La chambre est grande, il y a beaucoup de restaurants en bas et on peut aussi profiter de la vue nocturne ! Il y a une machine à laver, un réfrigérateur, la télévision propose des chaînes gratuites et la climatisation fonctionne bien. L'eau chaude est abondante et la pression est bonne. La salle de bain est séparée pour la douche et les toilettes. La chambre est très propre, même si les meubles semblent un peu vieux. Mais cela ne me dérange pas trop. Le seul inconvénient est l'isolation phonique, on entend clairement les bruits du couloir, mais cela ne me gêne pas trop non plus. »

The area is surrounded by two large shopping malls which is easy for eating and shopping, The accommodation environment is quiet and offers a view from the 37th floor.

« Je suis arrivée tard, après minuit, l'enregistrement s'est donc fait sans contact. C'était très pratique ; tout s'est parfaitement déroulé du premier coup.
La chambre était confortable. Il y avait une légère odeur de cigarette, mais elle provenait peut-être de la chambre voisine.
Le lit était confortable.
J'ai beaucoup aimé la vue depuis la fenêtre. C'était agréable et agréable de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur le rebord de la fenêtre.
La chambre était bien équipée : projecteur, Wi-Fi, bouilloire, serviettes, sèche-cheveux et produits de douche. Il y avait également un lave-linge et de la lessive.
Le seul bémol : l'eau avait une odeur un peu étrange. Cela pourrait être dû aux filtres ou à la qualité de l'eau dans l'immeuble, mais ce n'est pas très gênant.
L'emplacement est excellent : une station de métro est à proximité et un grand parc avec des boutiques et des cafés est accessible à pied. Un supermarché se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, où l'on peut acheter de quoi se restaurer à toute heure.
Le ménage était fait tous les jours.
