« L'hôtel est situé dans un immeuble résidentiel de 51 étages. Différents hôtels et résidences privées occupent les divers étages de ce bâtiment géré par Vanke Property. L'accès à l'immeuble et aux ascenseurs se fait par carte magnétique, ce qui garantit une grande sécurité. Bien que l'immeuble soit très haut, les ascenseurs sont incroyablement rapides et fluides. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, juste à côté du temple Daci, de Taikoo Li et de Chunxi Road. C'est très pratique pour se déplacer en métro, prendre le bus touristique de Chunxi Road, dîner, faire du shopping ou visiter le Panda grimpant. Notre chambre était au 38ème étage et correspondait parfaitement aux photos publicitaires : deux chambres, un salon, avec de grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable. Le lit était également très confortable. Je dois absolument mentionner le fauteuil de massage dans le salon. Après avoir beaucoup marché chaque jour avec mes parents, il était si agréable de pouvoir se détendre et se faire masser en rentrant à l'hôtel. Le service est personnalisé : après l'enregistrement, on nous a remis des cartes d'accès et nous avons été ajoutés à un groupe WeChat avec le concierge. Nous pouvions poser toutes nos questions dans ce groupe, et le concierge répondait rapidement, demandant chaque jour si nous souhaitions que la chambre soit nettoyée. Le concierge est même venu nous aider à régler le projecteur et a partagé son compte iQiyi avec nous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chengdu et mes parents étaient très satisfaits ! »

« La chambre était spacieuse et propre, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. La station de métro n'est qu'à 150 mètres à pied. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé rapidement et sans accroc. Même aux heures de pointe, il y avait suffisamment d'ascenseurs pour tous les résidents. Il y a de nombreux restaurants autour de l'appartement et surtout, la propreté était vraiment bonne. Taikoo Li et Chunxi Road sont juste en bas, avec tous les bons restaurants et les lieux branchés à distance de marche. Vraiment, pour l'emplacement, je donnerais 200/100 sans hésiter. Je pensais qu'avec un tel emplacement, il ne fallait pas s'attendre à plus, et pourtant ! La propreté est impeccable ! La chambre est super bien équipée ! « Séjour exceptionnel dans un emplacement idéal ! Juste à côté de Taikoo et en face de l'exposition 3D Panda, l'hôtel abrite des boutiques de créateurs installées dans des bâtiments traditionnels, comme le Café Dior et le temple Louis Vuitton, le tout autour d'un temple. De nombreux magasins et restaurants de qualité se trouvent à proximité. L'hôtel est également à environ 5-10 minutes à pied (selon votre rythme) du centre commercial IFS et de l'attraction IAMHERE, un panda grimpant sur les galeries marchandes. L'IFS Mall est situé en face de la navette aéroport et de la navette pour le centre d'élevage/musée des pandas. Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit en suite avec vue. Arrivés tard dans la nuit, nous avons pu facilement communiquer avec le personnel de l'hôtel et le responsable de l'immeuble, et notre enregistrement le lendemain pour la vérification de nos pièces d'identité s'est fait sans problème. « Le lit et les articles de toilette répondaient globalement à nos besoins. L'environnement était propre, sans odeurs. La climatisation réglée à 26 degrés en mode automatique était très efficace. La chambre double était plutôt compacte. L'avantage principal est la proximité de la gare. Pour un départ matinal en TGV, il suffit de marcher au sol, traverser un passage piéton, et on y est en 10 minutes environ. En sortant de la station de métro, il faut traverser un passage souterrain et prendre un ascenseur pour remonter au niveau de la rue, ou passer par leur parking. Je suggère de passer par le passage souterrain depuis la sortie du métro, puis de remonter au niveau de la rue et d'entrer dans le hall de l'hôtel. C'est plus pratique. Attention lors de l'utilisation du GPS. Il est préférable d'appeler la réception de l'hôtel avant d'y aller pour confirmer l'itinéraire à pied. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a des bornes de recharge rapide, et à côté, on trouve des nouilles Dan Dan, des fruits et un petit supermarché. C'est assez pratique. Comme d'autres l'ont mentionné, c'est vraiment pratique, surtout pour prendre le TGV. C'est économique et fonctionnel. J'ai vu la gare de Chengdu Est et les hôtels d'en face depuis ma chambre à l'étage, je n'ai pas eu le temps de prendre des photos de l'intérieur. Équipements : Il y a deux lits, une table, deux chaises. Un tatami près de la fenêtre. Il y a un porte-manteau, une salle de bain avec douche. Hygiène : Globalement propre, sans odeurs. Environnement : L'environnement autour est plutôt pratique et propre, à part quelques embouteillages à l'entrée de la gare TGV pendant les jours fériés, tout va bien. Service : Les appels à la réception sont pris rapidement, et le service en chambre est très réactif. Si vous avez besoin de chaussons jetables ou de bouteilles d'eau, ils les apportent rapidement. Le service est excellent et le personnel très aimable. »

« Hôtel bien placé très proche de l’arrêt de métro. La chambre était globalement confortable. Nous avons juste rencontré un problème avec l’eau chaude de la douche. Nous n’avons eu que 5 minutes d’eau chaude et après il a fallu attendre 2h que le ballon remonte en température pour de nouveau 5 minutes de douche…. Sinon dans l’ensemble tout était bien, c’était propre, ya une machine à laver, vidéo projecteur, climatisation. »

Nous n'avons pas vu de déchets apparents dans la chambre. Le personnel offre un très bon service et aide patiemment à résoudre les problèmes. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, moins de cent pour une nuit. Les transports sont très pratiques, la station de métro est juste en bas de l'immeuble, très proche du centre-ville, à deux arrêts de Chunxi Road. »

« Dans l'ensemble, j'ai apprécié mon séjour. Le personnel était très réactif et a fourni des ustensiles de cuisine sur demande. Cependant, le ménage était superficiel : il y avait de la poussière sous le lit, dans les placards de la cuisine et dans les coins, les façades des meubles étaient sales, ainsi que les murs du couloir, et le papier peint se décollait par endroits. Comme je restais longtemps, j'ai nettoyé moi-même ce qui me gênait. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas toujours correctement ; même les taches les plus simples ne partaient pas. La température maximale de lavage était de 40 °C. Malgré tout, la chambre était pratique et l'emplacement très idéal, avec tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité. La station de métro est à 8 minutes à pied. Belle vue sur la ville. J'envisagerais d'y retourner. »
