J'ai passé un week-end ici, l'expérience globale était super! Mon appartement habité est inébranlable et assis sur 42 niveaux et survolé un paysage marin fascinant. Le paysage marin s'est réveillé chaque matin, c'est la plus grande surprise de mon séjour. La chambre est large et confortable, et la vague est très confortable après la journée. L'hôtel dispose d'une installation complète et un niveau de service de première classe. Le personnel est enthousiaste et professionnel. Je suis heureux que le voyage ait choisi cet hôtel. Nous sommes venus avec des personnes âgées et des enfants, et les suites communicantes sont parfaites car elles permettent à chacun d'avoir son intimité, ce qui est très appréciable pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger 👍. L'emplacement est excellent, à cinq minutes à pied de la Place du Quatre Mai et très proche de la station de métro. Nous reviendrons ici la prochaine fois ! Je recommande fortement !

« Choisir cet hôtel était sans aucun doute la bonne décision pour voyager avec des personnes âgées et des enfants. Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre double et une suite, mais la réception nous a indiqué que les seniors pouvaient séjourner dans une chambre standard, plus spacieuse et plus proche de la suite. Nous avons donc bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit. La chambre standard était légèrement plus chère. Spacieuse et bien équipée, elle nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable. C'est un excellent choix pour les voyageurs en voiture. L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver, mais un coup de fil à la réception vous indiquera le chemin. Le parking souterrain est également très pratique. Idéal pour les voyages en famille, il s'est avéré particulièrement avantageux pendant les vacances du 1er mai. »

Good location and size for the price point. The building is actually a residential condo with local residents, which gives it an authentic feel. Connected to the mall at level 6, so convenient access to dining and shopping. Corridors are very dark.
**Rooms & Comfort**
Rooms are true to photos. Beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets provided. Fair warning though—this property is really more of a service apartment than a hotel, so manage expectations accordingly.
**Cleanliness Issues**
This is the main concern. Housekeeping mops the floor daily, but the water appears dirty and the floors end up grimier than before. If you're traveling with a child (as we were), you'll need to clean the floor yourself—and housekeeping will undo your work the next day. Frustrating cycle.
**Breakfast & Food**
Skip the hotel breakfast package—it's just delivery that you could order yourself. Better options are walking distance away. McDonald's is only 3 minutes on foot.
**Service**
Service is minimal to nonexistent. Asked about getting a local phone number for deliveries and the front desk was unwilling to help. Taobao/package deliveries get dumped in a communal basket with no sorting—you have to search through yourself.
**Condition & Maintenance**
Advertised as newly renovated in 2025, but visible wear and tear suggests low-quality renovation work. Concerns about long-term durability without proper maintenance.
**Summary**
Good for budget travelers who don't expect hotel amenities and don't mind doing some housekeeping yourself. The location and price are solid, but the cleanliness and service gaps are real issues. »

« Parce que cet endroit est effectivement très bien dans l'ensemble, j'ai séjourné dans la zone dite centrale deux jours auparavant. Le transport n'est pas très pratique. La pièce est également très petite, pas aussi grande que celle-ci. est très confortable. Encore une fois, je voudrais donner une bonne critique, car il y a plusieurs critiques, et celle-ci est la dernière, je ne sais pas si je pourrai tenir la dernière place. Bref, cet hôtel est vraiment bien. Je resterai ici la prochaine fois que je viendrai »

« J'y ai séjourné trois jours. Bien que je puisse comprendre que les installations soient vétustes, il était vraiment regrettable qu'un bâtiment aussi spacieux et agréable soit totalement négligé.
Ce qui m'a le plus agacé, c'est que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Lorsque je me suis renseigné, on m'a répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient pas l'allumer car il s'agissait d'un chauffage central. C'était extrêmement difficile à supporter, car il faisait très chaud. Heureusement, on m'a apporté un ventilateur, ce qui m'a permis de tenir le coup. J'imagine que ce serait vraiment pénible à utiliser en été comme en hiver.
De plus, en buvant de l'eau, j'ai levé les yeux au plafond et j'ai été choqué de voir le filtre du climatiseur complètement recouvert de poussière. Il y avait beaucoup de moisissures à divers endroits du plafond, et l'entretien général laissait à désirer.
La douche de la salle de bain était également déplorable. On aurait dit qu'elle n'avait pas été entretenue du tout, et l'eau s'écoulait mal. J'ai eu l'impression que l'hygiène laissait à désirer. C'était d'autant plus décevant qu'un si bel immeuble soit si mal entretenu.
L'un de ses atouts est son emplacement. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial Mix Mall et à proximité de la place du 4 mai. »
