« We arrived at 1pm and the unit was ready for check in which was awesome. During inspection of the unit found the flooring in the living room was broken and it would move if u stepped on it. This was simply covered by a carpet. Took a video and sent to their whatsapp but was not acknowledged. Then came the common toilet right beside the living room. Firstly had a very foul smell, the shower wasnt draining well and the bidet was broken and made my pants all wet when i turned it on. The smell got worse throughout our stay and we just choose not to use the common toilet at all. They only give 1 access card but u can request one more from the lobby. But makesure ask them if the card can be used for carpark entrance. After check out we left our bags at the lobby and was chrged rm10/bag for storage while we went last minute shopping. Oh also u cant access the mall after 10pm. So if youre taking a cab makesure u drop off at the residents instead of mall entrance »

« Le lieu est décent. Pas le meilleur et pas le pire. Le tapis dans le toilette est un peu déchiré. La location est décente, près de la ville de Tebrau et de l'austin de montagne. Avisez-vous que l'appartement est en face de la route et qu'il est super bruyant sans preuve de son. La pollution sonore est si mauvaise que vous ne pourrez pas dormir même si vous êtes un sommeil lourd Donc, en raison du bruit, je ne recommanderai pas. Mais le personnel est très aimable et utile. »

« Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus. »

« La vue était ok. Les installations étaient de base. La chaleur et la plaque chaude ne fonctionnent pas. En outre, l'ensemble de l'unité sent la cigarette que les non-fumeurs ne voudraient pas. Il n'y a pas de raison pour avoir été piraté jusqu'à la nuit tard 10pm/11pm. Ce qui a commencé de nouveau le dimanche matin à 9 heures.. donc il ne pouvait pas dormir plus tard. Location pas trop mauvais pour arriver aux endroits que nous voulions aller parce qu'il courait à l'opposé des routes qui avaient des jambes de trafic élevé. »

« The location is excellent, just next (mins walk) to Paradigm Mall. Some moth eggs on side/ceiling wall. We thought Netflix provided, unfortunately not, you need to have your own Netflix account to login. I'm glad to have YouTube to keep my daughter entertained Respond time is great. Overall, we have a comfortable stay. »

« Tout est bon sur l'unité. De la propreté aux meubles. Ne peut pas demander plus. Seul le vérifier est le moment de l'abite retardée. Plus WhatsApp utilisant Ai bot. Le reste je lui donnerai un 5. »

« La chambre est un peu bruyante en raison des voitures en bas, mais pas vraiment un problème. Le lieu était propre, vient avec cuisson et pot à micro-ondes, et réfrigérateur et congélateur. Une très faible plainte est l'absence de tables de côté. »
