You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.Should you bring your pet please do not leave them unattended.We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends.
