NOTE 1: We shall only accept reservations with a minimum of 30 days/nights stay due to Coppell City Ordinance (the city overreacted and went into a frenzy and drafted this ordinance out of pure ignorance of current trends and technologies)
NOTE 2: Events/Parties are allowed consistent with any long term tenant or home owner.
NOTE 3: Internet, Lawn Mowing, Water, Trash/Recycle, Reasonable/Normal household usage of utilities (natural gas, electricity, etc.) are included.
NOTE 4: Basic monthly housekeeping is recommended for all stays over a month.
NOTE 5: Rental rates are discounted depending on the length of stay as shown. Additional 5% discount may be considered for stays longer than 6 months!
NOTE 6: 2 HVACs have been replaced with brand new systems in September 2020. The old HVACs left some water mark paint damage on the ceiling (dried up but the paint discoloration is there in a small area on the high ceiling, almost unnoticeable). Also old thermostat (larger in size) replaced with new ones leaving some paint gaps (touched up now) around the thermostat areas. The ceiling has now been PAINTED new (2022) and no patches, rather it is brand new ceiling paint!
NOTE 7: Carpets on the first floor are replaced with wood flooring. All pictures taken with Carpet before and are not updated with new wood flooring. So, the flooring is different and nicer in my view!
NOTE 8: Pets are allowed subjected to extra guest fee schedule

Guests will have access to the Entire Space, full access to 3407 Sq. Ft. living space and 9000+ lot. and backyard Patio. Parking - 2 cars covered garage + 1 car driveway + 2 curbside + 1 Cul-de-sac. As a long term tenant, you can park anywhere on the street with plenty of parking. There are no limits on parking for long term tenants. Don't block anyone's driveway or violate any general parking rules! And please don't cross into anyone's yards!
