Well-appointed beach house with gorgeous views of both the beach and bay. Are you tired of overpacked rentals in cookie-cutter developments with crowded beaches? This is the solution. Currently, this is the only home in this development! Plenty of space for 12 people. There's a paved street that leads to a convenient boardwalk to the beach. An outside shower makes it easy to ensure the sand stays outside during your stay. This 2,900sf home is on a .57-acre lot that is fenced, so there is plenty of room for your outdoor activities featuring a large pool (and we treat the yard for mosquitos regularly). The first level has an oversized bunk room with a kitchenette and full bathroom, almost like a separate apartment. Second level: Beautiful primary suite with sweeping views, private balcony, walk-in shower and two vanities. Also on the second floor are two guest bedrooms, bath and laundry. Each bedroom has a smart TV and light-blocking shades in windows. Step up to the third level for your main living with stunning views all around. Enjoy cooking in a well-equipped kitchen with an island, custom cabinets and open shelving. The fourth level observation deck is a great place to enjoy watching sunrises, sunsets and the birds coming in/out of the ponds. There is a view from every room with plenty of decks around the house. It's a 10-minute car ride to the attractions and restaurants in Port Aransas, and far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.
