There is a community pool, hot tub, barbecue areas and gaming room. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and 1 minute drive with a private access on a private boardwalk. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Second room has queen-sized bed and TV. Living room has a pull-out sleeping sofa. The kitchen has full appliances. You will find everything you need, even a shrimp boiling pot! If you don’t want to cook, there are great restaurants within 10 -15 minutes driving distance.
