La chambre est très propre, très bien entretenue. Petit balcon avec vue sur la piscine, très agréable pour déjeuner. Le WIFI est un peu lent aux heures de pointe. Pas de parking réservé à l'hôtel, parfois c'est un peu difficile de se garer. Nous sommes tombés sur des voisins bruyants (3h du mat, ils jouaient et parlaient fort dans le couloir). Ne pas hésiter à signaler: le problème a été pris au sérieux, et a vite été réglé par la direction. Le personnel de nettoyage des chambres est adorable et très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Très agréable séjour! Merci beaucoup. La habitación está muy limpia, muy bien mantenida. Pequeño balcón con vistas a la piscina, muy agradable para el desayuno. El WIFI es un poco lento durante las horas pico. No hay parking reservado en el hotel, a veces es un poco complicado aparcar. Nos encontramos con vecinos ruidosos (a las 3 de la madrugada estaban jugando y hablando en voz alta en el pasillo). No dude en informar: el problema se tomó en serio y la dirección lo resolvió rápidamente. El personal de limpieza de la habitación es encantador y muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Estancia muy agradable! Muchas gracias.

Un établissement très bien confortable. Appartement, piscine et restaurant parfait. Je suis allée en famille, mon mari a un problème de santé le personnel de l hôtel et du restaurant bien veillant envers mes enfants et moi même. Merci à tous pour votre aide et votre soutien. Je reviendrai et je recommande cet hôtel. Le seule bémol c que notre appartement était coté rue trop bruillant sauf la nuit. Côté piscine plus calme. Merci

Hôtel idéalement situé en face de l’île Lobos et de Lanzarote, à quelques pas des restaurants et du centre ville. Le personnel est adorable. L’ensemble de l’établissement est propre. La literie était un peu dure pour nous. Le restaurant accolé à l’hôtel est très bien, très copieux. La piscine est appréciable. Le gros bémol de notre séjour est la rue passante sur laquelle donnait notre chambre. Même la nuit, de nombreux camions passent. Le soucis étant que la chambre n’a pas de climatisation donc il faut choisir entre avoir chaud (entre 25 et 30 pour notre semaine d’octobre) ou être réveillées par la circulation…

Bon établissement dans l'ensemble. Prestations pour les échanges RCI pas la hauteur. Pas de ménage ni de changement de linge de maison en cours de semaine. Pas de balai pour un entretien particulier..

Un des seuls hôtels que nous avons connu, qui fait respecter l'interdiction de réserver les transats. Endroit calme, propre et plutôt bien aéré. Personnel agréable. La demi-pension au restaurant, est à la carte, diversifier, bon et copieux.

La résidence est bien placée mais à rafraîchir (fenêtres, tringles, rideaux, ....). De plus, les équipements sont restreints (couverts seulement pour 4 personnnes, pas de casserole, juste un torchon, pas de balai, manque un meuble de rangement dans la salle principale). Nous n'avons eu aucun ménage de la semaine dans notre appartement (échange RCI). Pourtant, s'agissant d'une résidence hotelière, un entretien une fois dans la semaine aurait été le bienvenu !!!

Nous avons fait une réservation par RCI. Trois jours après notre arrivée à l'hôtel Dunas Club, nous avons été informés du fait que le ménage des chambres ne serait effectué qu'une fois par semaine. De plus, nous avons dû acheter notre papier toilettes et des sacs poubelle!

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. Balcony was facing other apartments but could still see the ocean. Great service, lovely staff from reception to cleaners. Only thing is no air con and the rooms get roasting. There was a small plug in fan but it barely helped. Would stay again.

I stayed here in May the room wasn’t cleaned until I asked to get it done on the Friday, it wasn’t done again and I told the not to bother as I was leaving the next day but they went in and did it., did not spend much time in the hotel I had breakfast some morning but that was all. I felt it a bit far to walk back in the dark past the harbour so I fed up getting taxis, rooms were clean just a shame they weren’t done regularly

The hotel is in a good location, by the sea, old and new town few minutes walking distance for restuarants and bars. Reception is 24 hours and very helpful, as we had self-catering studio apartment, we had choice to eat-in or go out. Only draw back was we did not get sea facing balcony, was facing the street.

Perfectly located at the top end of Corralejo. Easy walk to all bars restaurants, harbour etc. Hotel itself was a bit 'tired' but clean and our room was perfect overlooking the pool. Some others may not have been so good if overlooking the road. The pool area I would say was too small with a lack of sun beds to accommodate all the guests, and we were there out of school holidays. Also the bar closed at 6pm which was not ideal (for us!) but when open was sufficient for drinks and snacks. Breakfast in adjoining bar/ restaurant was good.

Resort is a great place with good facilities and located near the marina and Old Town, but be prepared to be treated as second-class citizens when arranged through RCI. Disappointments include: earlier check-out, no basic "welcome pack", cleaning and fresh linen and towel surcharge, utilities surcharge.

We first stayed here approx 25 years ago & decided to try again after our apartment booking let us down . We were only away for 4 nights for a birthday treat & were not disappointed. We did ask to move rooms which the management team dealt with promptly & without issues. We found all the team members very friendly. Rooms are clean & well equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, hob & all cutlery required. We also had a large fan which we didn't use , there is no air con which might be an issue in hotter months. Hotel location is good ,a short walk round the harbour to all bars & restaurants La Luna restaurant adjoining the hotel serves very nice food, we had breakfast here on 2 mornings. We had a lovely short break , thanks to all, & we will return.

Upon arrival at hotel late at night (22:30ish) we were given our room key and pointed in the direction of our room, when we came out of the lift we were greeted by our room (254) right next door to the lift, the room was spacious and clean but the noise from the lift was continuous through the night so we asked if we could move rooms but were told there were no other rooms available to pop back in the morning. After no sleep and being up for more that 36 hours we returned to reception to be told there was no other rooms available for us to move and the room we were given was an 'Upgrade' as we had a restricted pool view. We went back to room but couldn't unpack as we were hoping to get another room or have to move to another hotel as we couldn't stay in the room for a week with no sleep...luckily when the Jet2 rep arrived at 16:30 we managed to move rooms to a quieter room without a view but that didn't bother us. Other than the room mix up the hotel was okay...clean but rooms/towel/bed change are only twice within your 7day stay. Location was the best part of this hotel as it was quiet but close walking to the Marina, Shops, Bars and Restaurants. Rooms don't have Air Con but you are provided with a fan in the room. We arrived late at night so no access to shops etc so had no water to take meds before bed.

We arrived at Dunas Club, Corrallejo, on 23/03/2024 We had booked with Jet2, a package deal, a one bedroom apartment, with pool view I had emailed previously, to ask for a sunny balcony apartment, had an acknowledgment from Dunas Club, saying they couldn’t guarantee it but would do their best On arrival we were told we had been given an “upgrade to a sea view, I wasn’t sure about this, but agreed to it When we got to the “upgraded room” to find it was a studio To me that is a “downgrade” We went back to reception to ask for the one bedroom apartment we had booked and paid for The receptionist could not believe we didn’t want the sea view, it was difficult to them to understand that a studio, instead of a one bedroom apartment is not an upgrade I was extremely stressed about it This holiday had been booked for our 48th Wedding Anniversary, I put that in the original email asking for a sunny balcony We were told we would have to stay in it that night, as no one bedroom apartment ms we’re available for that night Now, had I not been so tired (late arrival from airport) and stressed out, I might have stopped to ask why we couldn’t get the one bedroom apartment we had originally booked and paid for The next morning, when going for breakfast, I asked at reception (different receptionist) when we would be able to move to our original apartment booking We were told to give them 5 minutes and they would see when, but said the apartment was being cleaned now We said we would go for breakfast and come back to find out the progress of the apartment When we got back to the reception the room was ready We were so relieved It did put a downer on our first night, we didn’t get an apology, but we were happy with the new apartment and did not make a complaint to Jet2 Not really sure it was Jet2’s fault Dunas Club is in a great location, very clean and staff are very helpful (apart from the person that dealt with us on arrival) The only issue we had was other residents banging doors when they entered or left apartments and the echo in the corridor, you can hear everyone talking as they walk along the corridor at night and the wee small hours We were on the second floor, so maybe the echo is worse there
