Las Caletas Village

Excellent villa in a great location. Walking distance to marina and beach. Clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Pool was a good size with Astro surrounding it great for young children. Hosts were very good when we needed to ask anything too. Will definitely be back!

Booked with Jet 2 , hire car included . They have now introduced a £70 insurance tariff on your hire car when you collect it. Arrived late at night . Instructions to find and to get into villa were very easy to follow. Excellent big villa over 3 floors. Kitchen well equipped including a small washing machine which we used everyday and put the clean clothes back in the case. Less washing when you come home. Welcome pack of water, wine ,choclate milk for the kids some fruit and muffins. Basement had a ping ping table and some games for the kids, also had 2 couches Ground floor had the kitchen , large living fining area with hifi , tv with basic channels and access to international channels through the wifi hub . There is also a shower room on this level and a small office space. 1st floor had 3 bedrooms , master was huge with kingsize bed , huge walk in wardrobe abd a massive en suite with shower and jacuzzi bath. There is also a big hairdrier. This room had air con 2nd bedroom with twin beds , chest of drawes and fitted wardrobe.and a balcony off it, this room had aircon 3rd bedroom had a double bed fitted wardrobe chest of drawersthisnroom had no air con but did have a large fan. There is also a large family bathroom on this floor with a bath with shower over it. There are plenty towels, pool towels and extra sheets. There is no cleaning service at these villas apart from the pool was cleaned once a week. There is a brush and mop etc should you need to use it There is a great big out door area which includes a large dining area , there are 6 sun longers for around the pool . You get the sun on the pool area from around 9am and there all day. There is also a bbq. The 2 hire cars we had had to be parked outside the villa in the street as the driveway is locked. The villa is on the ouskirts of Costa Tequise so the cars were a god send.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. Would love to stay again. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, water, chocolate milkshake, 4 apples, and 4 cupcakes. After a late check-in, it was needed. The pool is not heated, but you don't need it to be. As the heat is so intense, sometimes you need to cool down in the pool, and your body soon adapts. It's beautiful. Rooms are spacious and all immaculate. Our room was like a honeymoon suite with a corner jacuzzi bath for 2, a double shower and twin his and her sinks, also a huge walk in wardrobe. Gorgeous views from our balcony with mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Games room in the basement and an extra beautiful bathroom and a downstairs shower toom. It is all modern and clean. Lots of light in the villa with patio doors in nearly every room. Plenty of sun loungers round the side near bbq. A laundry room with ironing board, iron, and washing machine, although the washing machine is in Spanish and no instructions on what each dial means, we managed it ok though. Hairdryers under the sinks also, so you don't need to pack those. It's a 45 min walk into the main town & and beach, but buses come regularly & taxis are super quick. We rang them, put the phone down, and they were at our door. The taxis are 3€-5€ . The Villa is the first drop off from the airport transfer & took all of 7 mins, yet it's not near enough to hear any planes, lol. 100% recommend.

Spent two weeks at the villa to celebrate my husbands birthday. We were really pleased with the whole experience. We booked the 3 bed villa which was obviously too big for us but we wanted a private place to relax. Kitchen - with utility room at the side. Very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was there. Utility with washing machine and drying area was great as we came home with no washing. Living/Dining - spacious and bright. TV can sign into Netflix and YouTube. Basement - great for games, we didn’t use it much but if you have kids would be great for them! Bathrooms - downstairs with shower, first floor with bath/shower and en-suite in master had a shower, whirlpool bath and double sinks. Whirlpool bath was amazing. Bedrooms - twin was lovely and bright with a balcony, double was very spacious and master was great and comfortable with a walk in closet. All rooms had loads of space for clothes. Outdoor area - was lovely, sun loungers and pool with alfresco dining area. Pool isn’t heater and was quite cold. Area - 10km from airport but this won’t disturb you, the main square is a 10-15 min taxi ride and was around €5. Plenty of places to eat out. Eurospar is a short walk and reasonably priced. We opted for a late checkout which Cristina kindly assisted with. Would absolutely return again!

Villa is fantastic , everything you need and more. Area is about 5 mins taxi drive from Costa teguise, taxis cost around €5 one way, shops and garage near by. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had air conditioning, which resulted in the kids sleeping in the living room. **A WORD OF WARNING** The kitchen is next to the patio, which resulted in people coming in and dripping water all over. This resulted in me slipping over and damaging my knee, please be careful

The villa was excellent everything you need for a great holiday, lovely pool spacious rooms air con, bars and restaurants only 10 minutes walk, couldn't have asked for anything more, fully equipped villa, large for all the family, would definitely stay here again.
