PRO. Excellent location with view of Santa Severina village (10 min away), quiet and green hilly countryside. Nice farm property with stone buildings, clean patio (always with a view), dining room with fireplace (for breakfast and dinner). Abundant breakfast (included) and excellent local 4-course dinner (€20/person) and good wine and amaro. When entering the studio, there is a kitchen with a table, a door into a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Outside the front door is a nice sitting area with a view of the hilltop village and a table and chairs in the sun. Good parking area. Easy check-in/out. Very helpful and friendly staff that will do anything to make your stay comfortable (thanks!). CON. The kitchen room in the studio flat has only a flimsy table and two chairs (see photos). There is enough space to add a small sofa in the same room with a small side table for a lamp. The kitchen table itself should be stronger with a nicer table cloth. A few items to decorate the walls would be good, too. If this could be done, then the Studio would be 10 stars! Smaller pots, cutting knives, and wine glasses would be good to add to the kitchen. The free secure WiFi was good but sometimes not very strong.

Posto tranquillo immerso nel verde con vista su Santa Severina. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa. Camere pulite con cambio biancheria. Consigliato per chi vuole un po' di tranquillità. Ottima anche la piscina.😍

Me alojé 4 noches en este agroturismo y fue una experiencia muy grata .El desayuno y la cena están incluidos y debo decir que volví con 3 kilos más .Además de destacar su amabilidad ,la cocina de Anna es deliciosa y abundante .Fui a hacer un viaje de montaña y era incapaz de acabarme las raciones que nos ponía . Repetiría sin duda .
