Cadre magnifique et personnel moyen. En revanche la qualité de cuisine est scandaleuse. Pâtes en plâtre et ribs bouillis. Heureusement quelques bons vins Grosjean. Alerte rouge au propriétaire ! C’était très décevant, un si bel établissement si mal tenu , pas d’accueil ni de service. Le café n’est pas servi à table, on doit se déplacer au bar.

Everything you want in an Italian chalet in the alps. Food—incredible, walk ability— 10/10, views— inspiring. Regarding previous reviews; the service was kind and attentive even when there was a language barrier. We had a wonderful experience and didn’t have any issues with service. The restaurant was incredible and the continental breakfast was wonderful as well. Grazie to the Svizzero staff, we appreciate your patience and grace for two American tourists.

I have visited the hotel several times in the past and found it faultless. I love the place. This time I booked a room and found a dirty toilet and the price for a triple room (me/wfe/son) was Eur 380 at the end of July. overpriced. the dirt in the toliet was difficult to spot but my wife spotted it right away. the price increase was totally not expected. the combination between the two wasn't particularly pleasant. that said, it is still a lovely place to go to and I love it. only thing... this time it did not work out for us. sorry.

We stayed in this stunning hotel four nights. All the staff at reception were very friendly and also gave us valuable advice on walks and weather. Excellent food whether for breakfast or dinner. The hotel is excellently located, the spa is very nice, the bar also very nice with a very inviting terrace. When we return to Courmayeur we now know where to go.

I stayed here during my Tour Mont Blanc hiking. The hotel is located just on the main road but it's not noisy as most of the rooms are facing the mountain. Courmayeur town centre is only 400m away. The room is great. It's not big but it's quite comfortable with a nice balcony facing the mountain. The people are great, always polite without being intrusive. I didn't try the restaurant but the breakfast was really good. I would highly recommend the place.

Spectacular hotel. Warm mountain chic decoration, spectacularly managed, the owners make you feel at home. We have a 15 month Newfoundland and he was hosted like a prince. Food was excellent, the attention to detail was unparalleled. Grazie di tutto Angelino

We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. Our family room, with a double bed and two twin beds was perfect. Breakfasts were great, and the staff were very friendly. The parking spaces were convenient and the location ideal. Would love to return.

Good potential bad service. My husband and me stayed in this hotel during our trip to Courmayeur. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are quite small, but very cozy. Breakfast was great but The service especially in the reception was horrible. The guy working there (Ludovico) was so unpleasant and always angry, I saw his screaming to another customer just because she asked something about her bill, other afternoon he was again speaking in an ugly way to another colleague. Too bad, I wouldn’t come back to this hotel because of the service. I would not recommend it either.

Our first trip to Courmayeur, why we were unsure which hotel to book. Decided for Svizzero hotel. Normally we prefer ski-in-out, which was not possible in Courmayeur. The hotel offered daily free transport to-and-from the lift, which was quite nice, and the driver, Andrei, was a friendly person like the staff at the reception. The hotel is somewhat dark inside, which is not our preferred style. Furthermore, you can easily hear if someone is walking or talking in the hallway. Breakfast was good and a nice selection.
