La ville est très bien située, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé. La réception était très grande à l'apparence, mais c'est le seul bon point pour lequel cet hôtel a été envoyé. Pour la taille de l'endroit, il n'y a guère de personnel. La chambre que j'avais réservée n'était pas disponible maintenant, si bien que d'autres. Le coucher était en forme de coucher, la chambre était très raffinée et le meuble était une collection de morceaux aléatoires, notre table de café était manquée d'une jambe et a été propulsée par un fauteuil. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables.

The hotel is in a really good location and is clean! The room is a good size and has everything you need from tea and coffee an iron and a hair dryer. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The only problem I had was that every where in the hotel was very hot the room does have air con tho so once your in there it’s ok. We would stay there again

Une nuit de séjour dans une chambre de premier ordre avec lit de reine. Grand emplacement juste de l'autoroute. Parking gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel. Amical et bienvenue à la réception. Chambre était propre et confortable et dormait vraiment bien sans aucun bruit. Le restaurant était propre et spacieux. Un jeune homme très gentil qui se déroule sous le nom de ”T” (il dit que son nom était trop long et difficile à se souvenir) travaillait dans le bar et le restaurant. Le charmant homme qui a été chargé du restaurant pour la nuit était appelé Fadika. Il était si professionnel et attentif. Il n'y avait pas de problème pour lui, il voulait vraiment que les invités aient la meilleure expérience possible. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.

Stayed for a couple of days whilst we visited local historical sites. Room was excellent as was the pool and general facilities. Was surprised the bar evening menu is the same as the main restaurant - seems little point in not availing oneself of the restaurant since it is much nicer and costs nothing more! Many thanks to the bar staff (who sang happy birthday) and Rieann and Ionda in the restaurant for their friendly service.

We came to Coventry for duties but had to take our dog with us. searching for a cheap night over this hotel was a perfect choice. Located on the services area has fuel, Starbucks and few places to eat. Pet charge is 15£ but the room rate was 38 which is a real deal. Bed is not that bad, windows are opening for fresh air, shower is clean. Good option for a travelers on low budget.

We booked this hotel last minute after having to make changes to our trip to the NEC. Not fancying a glamping pod, we booked a room and were allocated the honeymoon suite. The hotel was very clean throughout and you could smell the cleaning products as soon as you walked in, indicating the cleaners had been in doing a thorough job. Staff were lovely and friendly and let us check in an hour early as the room was ready when we arrived at 2pm. Free parking is provided and I could see my car from the window of our room. The location is good and site was nice and quiet, despite having an events centre next door. There isn’t much within walking distance however there’s a bar and restaurant on site to cater for your needs. There’s also free wifi however our mobile signals were absolutely fine so we had no reason to make use of it on this occasion. Jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch and big enough to fit two people in. Was delighted to find out that a complimentary breakfast was included the following morning, and not too early either, starting at 9am. Sunday check out at 11am was ideal without us having to rush. As pleasant as the hotel is, it needs a fair bit of work. It’s very dated and tired looking. It’s creaky and old and is in need of a bit of a restoration, more than just a lick of paint here and there. The walls are paper thin, as I was lying in bed I could hear the person in the next room using the toilet - I won’t get graphic but let me just say I could hear everything as though I was in the room with them. One of the windows in our room wouldn’t shut at all, which wasn’t a massive issue as the weather wasn’t too bad, but during colder months this would’ve been impossible to sleep through. The old wooden frames were warped and you couldn’t even put it on the latch as the metal lever had snapped. There was no hot water for the shower so we were forced to take a cool shower. Not the end of the world but a bit inconvenient. My wife also pointed out that there was nowhere for her to get ready and do her makeup. The room is more than big enough to fit a dressing table in and this would’ve saved her sitting on the floor in front of the mirror to do her hair and makeup. It’s also pricey compared to local competitors. Breakfast was okay but lacking a few basics - no hash brown or black pudding. It would also benefit from a variety of options such as fresh fruit and yogurt. On the whole it was a nice experience but I’d only stay here again if I couldn’t get in anywhere else OR if it was modernised and updated throughout.

Charmant hôtel avec un personnel super sympathique et serviable à votre disposition 24h/24 et 7j/7, dispose d'un bar ouvert 24h/24 pour que vous n'ayez jamais soif, ainsi que d'un distributeur de collations et d'un incroyable petit-déjeuner continental. La chambre était propre, bien rangée et spacieuse et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Si vous aviez oublié quelque chose, vous pouviez le demander gratuitement à la réception.

Chaque membre de l'équipe Hilton que nous avons rencontré pendant notre séjour était fabuleux- réceptioniste, bar personnel, équipe de salon exécutif, restaurant Brightsmith, garde-house, petit déjeuner, concierge - tout le monde aime aider, Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé. La chambre était exceptionnellement propre et je dois dire que le lit et les pièges étaient les meilleurs que j'aie jamais dormi, étonnant. L'hôtel était occupé qui ajoutait à l'atmosphère et au buzz. Cependant, les chambres étaient vraiment tranquilles. La ville est très bien située, mais elle est très bien située.

Réservé pour une nuit pour un vol précoce de l'aéroport pas mon premier choix d'hébergement avait un billet de voyage zoo il y a quelques années et c'était le seul hôtel que je pouvais l'utiliser dans les chambres sont très fondamentales le premier était loin de le ascenseur pour mon partenaire handicapé le second après 3 tentatives d'entrer dans personne ne pouvait obtenir la porte ouverte-la réceptionniste nous a donné une autre chambre le restaurant et le menu était fondamental nous avons laissé la voiture dans le parc de voiture comme partie du paquet il était ok pour les quelques On a passé des heures à l'aéroport par taxi, il semble être un prix fixe de £10
