La ville est très bien située, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé. La réception était très grande à l'apparence, mais c'est le seul bon point pour lequel cet hôtel a été envoyé. Pour la taille de l'endroit, il n'y a guère de personnel. La chambre que j'avais réservée n'était pas disponible maintenant, si bien que d'autres. Le coucher était en forme de coucher, la chambre était très raffinée et le meuble était une collection de morceaux aléatoires, notre table de café était manquée d'une jambe et a été propulsée par un fauteuil. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables.

Une nuit de séjour dans une chambre de premier ordre avec lit de reine. Grand emplacement juste de l'autoroute. Parking gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel. Amical et bienvenue à la réception. Chambre était propre et confortable et dormait vraiment bien sans aucun bruit. Le restaurant était propre et spacieux. Un jeune homme très gentil qui se déroule sous le nom de ”T” (il dit que son nom était trop long et difficile à se souvenir) travaillait dans le bar et le restaurant. Le charmant homme qui a été chargé du restaurant pour la nuit était appelé Fadika. Il était si professionnel et attentif. Il n'y avait pas de problème pour lui, il voulait vraiment que les invités aient la meilleure expérience possible. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.

Perfect and convenient for a one night stay. Location right beside motorway and the room was clean and spacious. £5 parking a pain in all honesty but would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Have been here several times and as always the service and hotel was perfect. Beverley as always was a joy, helpful, friendly and an absolute laugh. Other front of house were lovely too! The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel also has the benefit of a pool which is great for the kids. Always stay here when I’m Coventry (unless fully booked or too expensive) and will recommend the hotel to all.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bien placé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le personnel actuel, de la FoH à la fonction du personnel, est jeune, agréable, souriant et bien géré. Maintenant Post COVID (Octobre 2022), les menus de service de la chambre sont dans la pièce et c'est les espaces publics, un service très nécessaire et manqué, surtout si l'invité n'a pas pu réserver au restaurant pour le déjeuner (ou a pris la faim inattendue) Les petits-déjeuners étaient décents et remplis, mes menus de dîner étaient courts, mais les options décentes étaient rapides et bonnes. Le service de la chambre est un service de service, mais il est très bien placé pour vous faire un service de service. Bien que tout soit assez sombre, j'ai trouvé que l'éclairage a beaucoup amélioré (les jours de réception sont trop sombres pour voir le personnel jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient à votre côté!) Je comprends que ce bâtiment soit inscrit, (grade2?). donc il n'y a que tant de changements à faire. Je pourrais avoir fait avec quelques railings, mais si cela peut être fait est presque moody. À l'heure actuelle, c'est un problème pour moi. Il y a au moins 1 tour que j'ai évité mais au moins il y a eu un avis de ”pas de marche”, qui est toujours un ”problème pour moi”. (divin interdit quelqu'un serait ici sans accompagnement!). J'ai réussi à engager avec le personnel de réservation devant la main, et chacun était adorable. Après avoir été habitué aux hôtels qui ne fournissent généralement pas de garde-fous pendant un séjour, j'ai été agréablement surpris de voir qu'il était de retour pendant ce séjour, y compris le lit fait (désolé de garder la maison si ma chambre était plus médiéval que la normale demi-journée!)

We came to Coventry for duties but had to take our dog with us. searching for a cheap night over this hotel was a perfect choice. Located on the services area has fuel, Starbucks and few places to eat. Pet charge is 15£ but the room rate was 38 which is a real deal. Bed is not that bad, windows are opening for fresh air, shower is clean. Good option for a travelers on low budget.

Wow! Je peux dire que nous sommes mariés à l'hôtel Manor de Meriden en décembre 2022 et c'était le jour parfait. Liridona Tahiri était notre planificateur de mariage. Son responsivité et son attention aux détails étaient excellents. Elle n'a jamais pensé qu'une question était trop vague ou insignifiante et a toujours répondu à mes emails de manière opportune. Elle était accessible et gentille et a toujours eu le temps d'écouter toutes les préoccupations. Le personnel de la journée était si bien placé. Je voudrais juste dire, si vous réservez votre mariage, je recommanderais 100% à l'équipe à The Manor. Notre client nous dit toujours ce que nous avons eu un mariage fabuleux. Vous pouvez avoir la confiance totale que l'équipe à The Manor est de votre côté. Le personnel était toujours très agréable, même quand nos clients étaient réticents à coucher à 2h.

Stayed for a couple of days whilst we visited local historical sites. Room was excellent as was the pool and general facilities. Was surprised the bar evening menu is the same as the main restaurant - seems little point in not availing oneself of the restaurant since it is much nicer and costs nothing more! Many thanks to the bar staff (who sang happy birthday) and Rieann and Ionda in the restaurant for their friendly service.

We booked this hotel last minute after having to make changes to our trip to the NEC. Not fancying a glamping pod, we booked a room and were allocated the honeymoon suite. The hotel was very clean throughout and you could smell the cleaning products as soon as you walked in, indicating the cleaners had been in doing a thorough job. Staff were lovely and friendly and let us check in an hour early as the room was ready when we arrived at 2pm. Free parking is provided and I could see my car from the window of our room. The location is good and site was nice and quiet, despite having an events centre next door. There isn’t much within walking distance however there’s a bar and restaurant on site to cater for your needs. There’s also free wifi however our mobile signals were absolutely fine so we had no reason to make use of it on this occasion. Jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch and big enough to fit two people in. Was delighted to find out that a complimentary breakfast was included the following morning, and not too early either, starting at 9am. Sunday check out at 11am was ideal without us having to rush. As pleasant as the hotel is, it needs a fair bit of work. It’s very dated and tired looking. It’s creaky and old and is in need of a bit of a restoration, more than just a lick of paint here and there. The walls are paper thin, as I was lying in bed I could hear the person in the next room using the toilet - I won’t get graphic but let me just say I could hear everything as though I was in the room with them. One of the windows in our room wouldn’t shut at all, which wasn’t a massive issue as the weather wasn’t too bad, but during colder months this would’ve been impossible to sleep through. The old wooden frames were warped and you couldn’t even put it on the latch as the metal lever had snapped. There was no hot water for the shower so we were forced to take a cool shower. Not the end of the world but a bit inconvenient. My wife also pointed out that there was nowhere for her to get ready and do her makeup. The room is more than big enough to fit a dressing table in and this would’ve saved her sitting on the floor in front of the mirror to do her hair and makeup. It’s also pricey compared to local competitors. Breakfast was okay but lacking a few basics - no hash brown or black pudding. It would also benefit from a variety of options such as fresh fruit and yogurt. On the whole it was a nice experience but I’d only stay here again if I couldn’t get in anywhere else OR if it was modernised and updated throughout.
