Visiting family in the area, we chose this hotel for their availability of a one bedroom suite. The location is convenient and the proximity to local restaurants is a plus. The offer of a daily included breakfast is an important plus and is one of the most positive factors which would warrant a repeat visit. Staff member Aileen was there on a daily basis to ensure that the breakfast, (eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy), was always fresh, hot and replenished. In addition, the cleanliness and care of the breakfast area was excellent. The care of the room was also worth noting - Gloria provided replenishment of all necessary items as well as daily cleaning services with a good crew of room attendants. Help was provided by Luis at the front desk regarding recommendations for the local area shopping needs and the transfer from my old Radisson frequent stay account to their new program. Prior business travel afforded an opportunity to stay at multiple locations and sample many hotel chains. Based on this stay, I can easily recommend this location and will return here when in the area. One minor potential improvement that was identified by my wife was the lack of a wall mirror in the separate bedroom. All mirrors in the suite were located in the main room. Honestly, that is an observation that I would never have noticed … historical business travel focused on getting in and out, I was never really aware of that level of detail.

Le côté défavorable de cet hôtel est qu'il doit être rénové: le tapisage doit être remplacé; ils sont en cours d'utilisation des déhumidificateurs sur certains étages 24/7; les téléphones de chambre ne fonctionnent pas; les portes de chambre ne sont pas sécurisées sur le cadre; et la porte de retour pour entrer dans le bâtiment ne verrouille pas (🥹). Il y a aussi le sens que plusieurs des clients sont à pied qui semblent passer par quelque chose. Je ne me sentais pas très sûr. Je ne reviendrai pas à cet hôtel.
