This is the most beautifully historic home I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. You are transported to a different era when you walk through the doors. The property is stunning inside and out and well maintained. We were lucky enough to be the only guests during our stay so I was able to take a tour of every bedroom and each one is more stunning than the last. I highly recommend the room we chose, the Samuel Priest room. It has a gorgeous 4 poster king sized bed, and a jacuzzi tub right in the room. Breakfast was not only delicious but the dining room was absolutely breathtaking. The owner Andrew gave us some history on the building as well which was lovely to hear. This was an excellent choice for our romantic get away. It would also make a beautiful setting for bridal/baby showers or even a small wedding. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

The Edgewood Manor Inn is a historic, old-world bed and breakfast. Beautifully maintained and full of charm, the Manor owner and staff are warm and gracious. The rooms and suites are well-appointed and comfortable. A very walkable area, convenient to restaurants, shops and local universities. A real jewel. Highly recommend if visiting the Providence area.

This genuinely lovely historic property was just what we were looking for. So much history and charm to immerse yourself in as you relax with a cup of coffee or tea, or explore the many rooms full of period furnishings. Quaint enough to make you feel comfortable and cozy for relaxing breaks, this perfectly well appointed property will keep your eyes roaming and admiring. Rare intricate carved woodwork, furnishings, floor tiles and textiles fill the spaces for guests to explore. The location and setting is quiet, private, yet convenient for dining out. This meticulously restored property with authentic period furnishings also boasts exterior building features and grounds with impressively authentic style and preservation, making it a unique treasure. The full breakfasts were well balanced, tasty, thoughtfully prepared and presented by the friendly owner. We are so pleased to have discovered the Edgewood Manor Inn B&B for future stays while visiting family and friends.

Rest and relax in this unique historic manor! You'll be transported to the Titanic Age of Elegance with all the modern conveniences. The beds are large and comfortable. The setting is a wide tree lined street on the East side of Roger Williams Park, yet easy to get into the city or to the quiet charming village of Pawtuxet on the Bay, about a mile away. We really enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful dining room and meeting the friendly owner, Andrew who has put hard work and thought into every detail of this charming property.

Over a decade ago (aug 2014) I had a horrible experience that put me off B&B’s and trip advisor. The management of edgebrook failed to confirm my reservation, disputed the dates and then insisted on collecting a cancellation fee. Horrible customer service and an establishment that doesn’t support student families.

If you like architecture and antiques this is a must see location. Vintage style early 1900s and stained glass. Stayed here with my wife for 10 days while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Room was very nice as was the daily breakfast-good and made to order.

I recently attended a wedding at Edgewood Manor, and I was blown away by how stunning the venue is. The historic mansion provided a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and reception. The reception hall is elegant, with high ceilings and antique furnishings, creating a timeless atmosphere. The staff was attentive, and the event went off without a hitch. If you’re looking for a venue with charm and character for a special occasion, this is definitely the place!

My husband and I were looking to book a last minute trip to Rhode Island, when we discovered Edgewood Manor. He didn’t share any details with me so I could be surprised and when we pulled up to the manor I was like, . On our walk to the front door a little bunny rabbit crossed our path, and we were instantly so happy we chose this B&B over a Hilton. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cozy, and the details of the decor were just begging to be recorded for the gram. We loved our stay so much that we came back just two weeks later! We highly reccomend Edgewood Manor for those staying in Rhode Island.

Beautiful home. The manor is absolutely charming filled the unique antiques. The bed was very comfortable. The room very clean. Perfect for large gatherings. The rooms are all different and are beautifully decorated. The host gave great restaurant recommendations.
