This is a great place to stay if leaving early or arriving later into Gatwick. Located off the road in a rural setting, with a lovely pub with beer garden. Quiet and relaxing.

Tout est parfait. L accessibilité en bus rapide et à toute heure. Le lieu est beau. Le pub a coté pour manger et boire est super. L accueil du personnel est merveilleux tres performent et gentil. Ils sont allé jusqu'à nous amener à l arret de bus pour le depart à 4h du matin du lendemain. Les chambres sont spatieuces et moderne. Grands lits et confortables.

A convenient and comfortable stay with a clean room and copious amounts of hot water. Although the signs off the dual carriageway to the hotel were difficult to see in the dark, once found the hotel was well lit and the reception easy to find.

Helpful and nice staff Lovely and clean room's Late check in at 3am with no issues . breakfast was great .I truly can not fault our stay

Standard Premier Inn room, comfortable bed, free parking, friendly welcoming staff and fairly quick check in. Room was however far too hot - there was no air-con. For a hotel accepting guests in the summer the rooms should be fitted with air-con. I find Premier Inn to be inconsistent with amenities- sometimes there is a charge for parking, sometimes no air-con. If sll their hotels were consistent across the board it would make the booking process much easier.

Until they provide good fans do not book here during the warm weather. The staff dont pre warn you about how warm the rooms are and that the fans provided could not blow a feather.

This hotel is NOT AT GATWICK SOUTH TERMINAL. 2 taxis family member had 1 from train £25 for a 8min trip!!! Rip off. .. then another at 03.45 next day into terminal. Premier Inn you are misleading us and should be clear on your website that you are further away and bus stop is a long walk down drive (too far for us with cases so taxied. ) Would be cheaper and quicker to book more expensive hotel(B...) IN THE terminal and more sleep and air-conditioning. Restaurant is next door at Gatwick Manor hotel with pub style restaurant which was ok food but not great shortwalk for disabled husband.

No WiFi coverage. No tv service. Terrible experience. Wanted quiet night chilling before very early flight. What a waste of money.

Staff are always very friendly here I’ve been down 4 times now. The breakfast is nice and reasonable price and even the free WiFi is fast enough for most browsing needs. Plenty of parking and also very quiet for proximity to the airport

My recent stay was very disappointing. The road entrance was poorly lit with a very small sign, making it hard to find. Worse, the entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell, especially in my room. Furthermore, the carpets in the corridors and my room were filthy. Due to an early morning flight, I wasn't able to report these issues at the time. As a regular Premier Inn user who normally books with confidence, this substandard experience has unfortunately made me question whether I will do so in the future.
