Well, where do I begin? We chose this hotel asl it is close to Gatwick. However, on entering we thought we were arriving at one of those American motels you see criminals go in on a movie. The hotel is very dated and could do with a lick of paint. The bathroom in our room could also do with a lick of paint, some new skirting board, oh, and a total rip out and refeb. The beds were umcfortable and need need replacing. The view from the room was just amazing. Rubbish, bushes and a wall. The place is extremely dated and needs to be ripped out and re done. The only positive thing here were the staff. All lovely and helpful.

Check in and the room was fine. Kloe was wonderful and so helpful and can't praise her enough. It was only her third shift but she came across as if she had been there for years. A great asset to the company. However when it came to eating at the restaurant there was very little food available, which left hardly any choice. As a shareholder of Whitbread and frequent traveller I find this unacceptable and would be questioning the food management team. One or two items I can understand but there was way too many to mention which weren't, so was not impressed.!!!

For someone who has a lot of disabilities this is so bad , In all honesty it was so good to begin with , but near the end it was so bad we had a broken door for 2 nights and on our 3rd night we had no hot water and that was from the morning and by 10:30 in the evening it was still ice cold too the point we got moved rooms at 11:30 at night so we’re really not happy about that

The staff here are wonderful, they do everything possible to make you feel welcome and give you a comfortable stay. Helen was especially helpful in providing assistance for my elderly father. Friendly and helpful staff make such a difference. 😊

We received a lovely welcome on our arrival. Kloe assisted in getting us booked in fed and watered even though it was getting late and the chef agreed to cook when he was probably ready for home. A delicious meal. Thank you to all. We will be back.

Looks basic from the outside. but Wow the staff made up for it, super amazing especially Kloe shebly and super Mo mohamed. All staff super welcoming very polite. Even escorted to my room which is unusual for a Premier Inn. 10/10. Fantastic stay. Also the room set out is the best I've seen for a premiere

Kloe was very happy and cheerful and made our stay very welcome. The bar has a nice stock of beer and the price is reasonable. The staff were interested in why we was there and engaged with conversation taking interest. Would definitely come back if I was returning to crawley

We pop in for a drink we meet kloe she was very helpful and bubble the service was excellent thank you hopefully see you again when we come back may my day she so funny. it good value and the food looks good to may book on the way back for our holiday .

Stayed for one night , free parking , room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had so much choice , English breakfast, continental, pancakes, muffins and much much more ! Very clean and presented nicely. Our waitress Helen was very attentive, great customer service and welcoming . Would definitely come again, especially for the breakfast!!
