Premier Inn Stafford North (Spitfire)

The room was clean and comfortable as always. Friendly staff, good chef. We went to its restaurant Redhill for dinner and the food was yummy and price reasonable. Special thanks to Emma and Matin for their good service. They took care of their customers well. Thank you.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good team spirit. Good breakfast with different varieties. Cozy nice environment. Jayne always gave us a warm greeting. She was efficient and professional in her work. We went to Redhill for dinner. Food quite good and the price was reasonable. Room: Clean beddings, warm blanket comfortable mattress. Clean bathroom, stable hot water supply. Love the four shelves for putting things. Love the big table and table light. Will come back. Keep up the good work. xx

No issue with the hotel, clean room, friendly reception staff. We use this hotel regularly and have never had an issue. Ate at the restaurant the first night as we have several times before. First night the food was excellent. The place was busy, but the staff were friendly and helpful, service was excellent and the food was hot and tasty. The second night the food and service were appalling. I had to send my starter back twice and it was still inedible. The chill was missed off the nachos the first time, and the second time it was dumped on without being heated and was stone cold! 2 of our 4 mains were stone cold. We sent them back, and they came out cold and tough. We ended up not eating our meals as it was awful. The restaurant was mostly empty, however the service was terrible. The table behind us waiting over an hour for their food. The table next to us waited nearly an hour to order, but gave up and walked out. We complained to the shift leader who refunded us part of the meal deal, however when we left I scanned their QR code which encourages you to leave a review. The QR code was disabled and I heard the staff comment that I had scanned it to leave a review. Terrible service, cold, inedible food, bad mannered staff. Will not be eating here again. The hotel was as good as it usually is, but I would avoid the restaurant!!

Stayed 3 nights (work trip) Everything was wonderful staff were great (reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant). very welcoming polite and very helpful. Room was very nice and clean to a very good standard. Special thanks to breakfast staff Jane and Palla.

Friendly and helpful food wad great and the restaurant was clean . If they didn’t have something you wanted they were happy to try to get it for you . I will definitely go back again . A great little journey break between Devon and the north of England

Really lovely size room, clean and fresh. Quiet location and a great nights sleep. Room included a bath which is important after a long journey. There is a pub nextdoor for meals and drinks. Hairdryer in the room included also, along with tea and coffee making facilities.
