I was planning to stay overnight in Shrewsbury, but all the hotels there were very expensive. I chose Crewe as the hotel was close to the railway station and the price was much more reasonable. The welcome and check-in was good, the room was fine, and the staff was friendly. There is an adjacent pub style restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Crewe is not a holiday destination, but this hotel is fine for a night or two.

I arrived on Saturday evening just before 6.30pm. Initially, there was no one on reception, but a short time later a lovely female member of staff arrived and got me checked in. My room, 117 was on the first floor, as is usual with the majority of Premier Inns it was spacious and comfortable. I had a decent night's sleep and a nice breakfast on Sunday morning. I also had dinner at the hotel on Saturday evening , but didn't stay long as there was no one else in. All staff i came across were friendly and welcoming.

After being let down with accomadation we booked to stay at premier in with 2 children in tow. I am so glad we booked as we couldn’t fault our stay. Rooms were so clean, beds were so comfy and staff couldn’t be more helpful especially Tracey as she made our stay really special and made such an effort with the children. It’s a perfect location and we will definitely use premier in as our first choice next time. Top tier breakfast too and amazing service from staff

One of the best stays i’ve ever had at a premier inn. The staff were impeccable with their politeness and all round smiles.. I dined in the restaurant next door and the food was amazing, i recommend the sirloin steak to everyone. Thankyou to Caron, Morgan & Sean for making my stay so welcoming 😊

My experience was unexpected. I found that my room and bathroom were not clean. The bedroom floors had not been cleaned, and the bathtub was slippery when I went to have a shower. I almost had an accident. The restaurant services were not what I am used to at other Premier Inn properties. The service was slow, food quality poor and the chef's unwillingness to even consider a simple request. The ordered food was not what was described in the menu.

Amazing stay staff were all very polite and friendly. Tracey who was on reception was very helpful and made booking in a pleasure as I’d requested an early check in and this was all sorted for my arrival. Also, as I was going to a wedding Tracey helped me organise a taxi which was very helpful to me.

Lovely weekend, hotel room very clean excellent nights sleep. Tracey on reception was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble and she clearly had a lot of local knowledge as she was able to recommend and direct us to all local amenities. Look forward to staying here again.

Amazing stay! Staff were extremely friendly and had the time to stand and chat/laugh. They joked that there wasn’t much to do in Crewe but they did give some recommendations on places to go. We had food which was amazing for ‘pub grub’. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed a little help. We have stayed here a few times now and it’s constantly great considering all the changes the staff have had to deal with. They are all a credit to Premier Inn.
