This property is minutes from HWY 75 with a 10-minute drive to the ARK Encounter. The Blue Stone 2 is centrally located between Lexington, KY, and Cincinnati, OH. Make yourself at home in our 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and dining area. This property also has an oversized livingroom area with a futon and a Murphy bed along with a gaming/fun table! Our Blue Stone #2 comfortably sleeps 4 as well as the extra space in the living room. This rental is the downstairs of a ranch house, with its own driveway and entrance. This was our second stay at this location. It is our favorite place to stay and we will only stay here when in the area and recommend to any other friends staying in that area.

Comfortable stay
Was a very clean and tidy property for a short stay for my daughter and me. My only note would be there was one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us.

Great place & awesome host
The rental was newly renovated, clean, and conveniently located. I needed a place to stay while taking my wife and 2 daughters to the Ark Encounter. This rental did more than suffice and was a great price for my family's budget.

Top notch
This is one of the best Air B&B places I have stayed at. It had everything we needed for our stay as well as super clean. The communication from the property manager and instructions were super easy! I would stay here again if we make it back this way and will also recommend to friends that are coming this way!

Perfect for our stay
There were only two of us but would rent it again either for us or us and our teenage son. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Very spacious. It is the lower level so you can hear movement upstairs but nothing bothersome. Great location. Nice neighborhood. Adequate parking.
