Mediocre service, lack of coaching! We booked 5 rooms by purchasing vouchers and paid in full in advance. Understand that the room must be “lead in category “hence dare not ask the receptionist for extra privileges, support such as sea view, same floor, connecting rooms, away from noises….etc. Staff attitude was positive in general but easily recognized they lacked of professional training, coaching in many departments… There’s a letter in room, kind of notification in Vietnamese that the hotel has been under some maintenances in order to “enhance guests ‘s satisfaction” and guest may have some unpleasant experiences, and it was true, in deed!!!!! The terrible noise from drill/hammer/breaking the brick… started at 14.30 and finished at 17.00. We called the reception to inform however no improvement. In a summer holiday at the beach, after lunch with a glass of cold beer, we could not have a quick sleep nor doing anything else given the hot weather outside. Tivi did not help cos the said noise was lousier than tivi volume. The resort was not half of occupancy but we were intentionally allocated in the area where noise occurs daily, because of the room rate we paid I believed. For first 2 night 3 days, we enjoyed talking with staff (F&B) but were not fortunate enough to see any sight of hotel management to come by saying hello, (we had lunch/dinner)… not at all!!! Only after I had a serious complaint, we heard their voices... Please do a thorough site check, some of the glass door does not work properly and easy getting broken. In room, many of door stopper did not work well!!!Do not trust in "auto closure" when you get out of the room. When we came back the room after 3 hours trip to Vinh city, my daughter was in side my room and she told us the door remained slightly opened and she came in without any key. The morning of 30 June, they allowed an MPV to enter Villa Area where they put the sign"buggy only" and we, pedestrian had to give the way as the Kia Carnival was on the way to pick up VIP, ohh, the fully aired tire smashed the grass no matter the grass has been taken care by some ladies gardeners. Many other hiccups and I strongly recommend the operator should look in to this immediately, to improve the hotel quality as well as to show respect to hotel guest! Needless to say, with those issues, we can see how professional and responsible the top guy there! I wonder and wonder!!!!!
