Bonito hotel cómodo con personal muy atento buen desayuno habitaciones limpias la piscina es muy pequeña normal.como para quitar el vaporon del cuerpo el área de gym puede ser mucho mejor. Tiene un área con una fuentemuy bonita para comer lo que uno pida de la calle por si uno no quiere usar el restaurante y buena zona deparqueo

C'était la première fois que j'étais à Cucuta et que j'étais dans un hôtel. Oh mon Dieu! Quelle magnifique expérience ... J'ai totalement aimé,. La chambre était parfaite, le lit était très confortable, la chambre était très sombre pour avoir un bon sommeil nocturne, la vue est magnifique! la disponibilité de la nourriture était vraiment bonne, ce que j'aimais le plus est que j'ai eu le plaisir de profiter des soupes typiques de Cucuta, chaque matin, bien, je recommande de la avoir à disposition chaque matin, Il y a deux jours où ils ont servi quelque chose de différent, qui, de ma perspective, était trop lourd pour le petit déjeuner. Les personnels qui travaillent là, Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Je ne pense pas avoir une meilleure expérience là-bas.

El hotel es bonito, incluyendo la habitación. La recepcionista amable pero nunca dijo su nombre y no estaba identificada (había una sola), tratamos de hacer reserva por booking y no pudimos, fuimos al hotel directamente y el precio lo triplicaba y la habitación era más sencilla... demasiado caro para la calidad de servicio... llamaron a recepción para pedir toallas y el seguridad dijo que ese no era su trabajo, que debían llamar luego, que tenían que esperar que la recepcionista se desocupara y él ahí parado cuál gerente. Pedí un vaso de agua y me dijeron que debía comprarla (En hoteles más humildes hasta café o té te ofrecen y en hoteles de lujo debería haber dispensadores de agua. Trabajo en un hotel de la cadena Leading), quise pagar con $ no tenían cambio, que tenía que ser si o si con tarjeta... no había jabón en la ducha, tuvimos que usar del jabón del dispensador del lavamanos. Nos entregaron 1 sola tarjeta para la habitación, salímos y no pudimos dejar el aire acondicionado encendido y hacía calor... La habitación tiene una ventana con una cortina de un sólo paño, la cuál estaba tapada por un escritorio, casi imposible de rodar. Los colchones parecen colchonetas, no había papelera en la habitación, el control de la tele estaba dentro de una bolsa de papel cuál pan o medicina... Precio caro y no incluía desayuno y para tomar desayuno cobraban un excesivo adicional por persona, monto con el cual pudimos almorzar en otro sitio dos personas.

The Casa Blanca is located in a central place in cucuta, wich made my transfers from place to place much easier and in my reservation include the breakfast really nice and good. The rooms very clean with A/c , TV with cable tv and a small refrigerator with snacks. The hotel also has rooms for activities or events i case that you have a special occasion. The staff in the hotel they treat me like a king I dont have any complaints at all, I remember Sandra in the reception and the others ladies there and I apologize if I dont remember all the names but all of them are really nice. The restauran cabá literally I try most of the food in the card but the tomahawk steak is really nice, Miguel and his partner that I dont remember her name both of them are really kind, the others too but most of time they are the one who attended me. The other restaurant is in the roof the name is 360 they prepare a nice cocktail the name is Santa Maria is like a sangria but a little bit stronger is really nice. I Congratulate Mr.Jesus (who is in charge of the hotel) for all the help and excelent staff of the hotel. I definitely return.
