Le rituel d'aller sur l'île et l'hospitalité chaleureuse du personnel ont rendu ce voyage très agréable, je reviendrai la prochaine fois.

La prise en charge à l'aéroport, les films télévisés, les ventilateurs de plafond du restaurant, les réservations pour le dîner étaient tous cassés/ne fonctionnaient pas (y compris en nous disant après l'arrivée que c'était 4K par personne pour le transfert en bateau, alors qu'on nous avait annoncé 2,5k au moment de la réservation et nous j'ai même vu une publicité dans le complexe invitant les locaux à venir sur l'île pour la journée pour 2,5 km, DÉJEUNER INCLUANT ?!?). Beaucoup d'autres choses ont été mal gérées ou pas gérées du tout, notamment l'orange, le vert et la pastèque comme fruit pour le petit-déjeuner. C'est quoi, un hôtel américain bon marché ?!? Quand j'ai demandé, j'ai reçu une banane et quelques papayes mûres. Bon effort de la part du personnel très sympathique qui est toujours prêt à aider mais où est le directeur de cet endroit. Beaucoup plus de gestion, beaucoup plus de formation nécessaire pour justifier les prix élevés et ils sont difficiles à trouver.

My husband and I had a great time in SETIR. We spent his birthday there and he was absolutely mesmerized by the resort I’m glad I chose to book SETIR rather than elsewhere. It was truly a memorable stay! We love to go back probably next year again in God’s grace. I wasn’t able to take much photos but I have a lot of videos I would have loved to share here as a review but couldn’t. The photos didn’t give justice to how beautiful and magical setir is. Although we had a slight problem encountered during our baggage after checking out, the staff coordinated with the rest of the staff members to make sure we still catch our flight with Sunlight Air. So I wanna thank setir for the superb customer service, thanks as well for the room upgrade, and most especially thank you for the beautiful memory. See you again soon SETIR!

酒店自然環境很好，有特別棒的魚羣，但設施維護特別差，服務難以跟上，房間內經常遺漏毛巾，水等必需品，送來要花很久時間，叫buggy，打掃衞生也要反覆催促，但房間收費幾乎相當於四級等國際一線酒店，總體來説性價比較低，與高昂收費不匹配

The Salepan Villas at Sunlight are incredible. I have had the absolute pleasure of staying in the Salepan Villas twice and both experiences were top notch. SETIR has the best views in the Coron area and it’s showcased everywhere from the Villa, the white sand beaches, and even the gym! The Salepan villas are luxurious and the space is perfect for 3-4 friends, 2 couples, etc. What makes the stay even better is the service provided by Jun and the team of butlers. Jun and Rey Ar ensured both of my stays were perfect - curating dining experiences, boat excursions, and any request that came up. I cannot wait to come back!
