At any time of year, enjoy all of the renovations we've made to breathe new life into this beautiful colonial home, originally constructed in 1860! You'll find that we're tucked away, far from life's distractions. Surrounded by the most incredible foliage, wildlife sounds, and of course, the beautiful Cohansey River, take a load off and relax. You'll arrive after driving about half a mile down a private road. Park your car beneath the car port and enter from the rear of the house. First, you'll walk through the recently renovated, spacious kitchen that begs for entertaining. Brand new, stainless steel appliances are ready to whip up homemade meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and dishes. Grilling tools, a standard drip coffee maker, and cutting boards are provided. To your left, you'll see a full bathroom, laundry room, and access to one of the bedrooms with a king bed. Straight ahead, have a seat on one of two leather couches - a peaceful place to enjoy the fireplace (firewood provided!), watch a movie, or battle it out over some cards or one of the board games provided (including Cards Against Humanity and Catan!) Also on the first floor is a large dining room with a table offering room for eight and uninterrupted views of the river. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms and two more full bathrooms. The front of the house features a porch that's perfect for an early morning yoga session or simply a place to sip coffee (or cocktails) and enjoy the view. Take a walk around the property and find a hammock in the most serene location or soak your tired muscles in a brand new outdoor spa. We encourage guests to bring their own water rafts and toys. And last but not least, don't forget to gather around the fire pit for conversation and s'mores.
