LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are in the closet, and there is a starter supply of laundry pods. KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen includes dishware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, hand mixer, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top range, and microwave. There is outside access to the patio/firepit area and a stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms. Also provided is a starter supply of coffee pods, sugar, creamer, tea, salt/pepper, oil, and dishwasher pods. BEDROOM 1: 70” Smart Roku TV, King Bed, nightstands, ceiling fan with a remote, mini-split system with a remote. BATHROOM 1: Full bathroom (Shower), basic toiletries (Closet is locked for host use). UPPER LEVEL: BEDROOM 2: 32” Smart Roku TV, 2 Twin Beds, closet, Wi-Fi router, ceiling fan with remote, mini-split system with remote. BEDROOM 3: 65” Smart Roku TV, Queen Bed, dresser and nightstand, closet, ceiling fan with remote, mini-split system with remote. BATHROOM 2: Full Bath (Shower/tub) GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, towels and linens, washer and dryer, 4 mini split units, 4 Adirondack chairs, grill, fire pit, detached garage (not for guest use), Corn hole boards, outdoor connect-four yard game. A starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods is provided. Extra linens, towels, blankets, and pillows can be found in the closets. Self-check-in is available via an electronic keypad lock, and a door code will be provided at least 24 hours before your arrival. **Wildlife and Bugs:** Being close to the lake/woods may result in encounters with wildlife and bugs. We have monthly pest control services, but it is advisable to keep windows and doors closed. Brooms and a vacuum, including a small vacuum for ladybugs, are available for your convenience. You may see squirrels, raccoons, bears, turkeys, snakes, deer, and other wildlife. Please exercise caution. We were in town for the weekend for the River Festivus, and needed a place to stay. We were absolutely thrilled to find this home. Plenty space for everyone, beds were comfortable, and the kids loved playing basketball in our down time. Would 100% stay again!
