House near Dale Hollow Lake / State Park

Welcome to the Summer of George! It is newer house (built in 2022) that is 1/2 mile from Hendricks Creek Marina on Dale Hollow lake and is a short drive to the State Park with a beautiful golf course and full service restaurant over looking the lake. It is great for multiple families. It can sleep up to 10 guests, and plenty of room for some air mattresses. The main floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, TV, full bath and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV and large closet. The bathroom for this room is located right outside of the bedroom door and is shared with the main floor. It is a full bath with shower and tub. The lower level is the perfect area for the kids, including two sets of bunk beds (twin over full), living area with TV, full bathroom, and games. Enjoy the quiet setting while sitting on the front or back porch.
