The service was good and helpful. The room was comfortable. Bed linen appears a bit dirty, bath towels and bath mat was not clean enough.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

The new hotel so comfort for staying. All Young staff very helpful, nice design for take a picture, strategic location, clean restaurant and humble pretty waitress. Thank you ms. Julia for helping us during my family holiday. And also the Receptionist very helpful with fast check in.. #nice hotel VI VE RE

Le petit déjeuner buffet était une accentuation de l'hôtel. Très bonne valeur de la chambre et de la nourriture pendant le séjour. Le personnel était très utile quand je leur ai posé une question. La chambre était petite et il fallait mettre à jour, mais pour le coût était la valeur.

I came for a short work visit that developed to extend for a long stay so I can say with confidence that my review is very reliable and reflecting what I seen . Hotel is really great . Advise you book directly you may get cheaper in particular for long stays . Staff are very very friendly . Absolutely clean hotel and amenities are great . Views from pool and high floors are just astonishing. Only issue is English speaking staff are not that many so you can overcome that with Google translate . Selection of food is great and the terraskota mall is just two minutes away with so many good bistros and choices.

Decisamente difficile da trovare, sconosciuto anche ai negozianti. Si trova alle partenze del terminal 3, piano 2 zona 4, dietro ai banchi delle partenze E, vicino al KFC. AC con macchina tipo pinguino molto rumorosa ma una volta rinfrescata la stanza si può anche spegnere. Pareti sottili che facevano sentire anche il bambino che tossiva nella stanza a fianco. Environnement : L'hôtel dispose d'un bon environnement, avec une grande piscine, et le restaurant pour le dîner propose une assez bonne cuisine. Mais le petit déjeuner était très simple, peut-être parce qu'il était trop tôt, nous devions prendre l'avion et l'hôtel prenait le petit déjeuner à quatre heures. C'est proche de l'aéroport et c'est assez pratique pour prendre l'avion. Il ne faut que plus de dix minutes pour prendre la navette jusqu'à l'aéroport. Service : Il existe un service de change, mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé car nous logions avant de partir en avion. Service de navette : La navette aéroport circule toutes les demi-heures, je vous ai communiqué le numéro de vol lors de votre enregistrement, et je vous ai également appelé pour vous le rappeler, ce qui était très pratique.
