Hôtels près de Masjid Al Hikmah, Curug Sangereng

Inspectez-vous après une longue réunion d'affaires de la journée et ne pouvez pas attendre de prendre une pause juste pour prendre la douche et obtenir une tasse de café agréable ... et finalement je suis arrivé à l'hôtel Fame Gading Serpong. J'aime l'hôtel en particulier la couleur et la musique, sur le contrôle en cours il a bien marché et il y a une jeune dame qui se tient debout à côté du personnel de la FO écoutant et observant tout le processus. Le lendemain, je l'ai rencontrée à nouveau au lobby et elle m'approche juste pour dire bonjour, demande de ma expérience et de mon retour gentil et en même temps elle me donne une tasse de café, même si elle savait que j'avais fait mon petit-déjeuner. Je sais qu'elle a très bien travaillé avec Fame Hotel Gading Serpong mais elle ( Iren ) est un atout très important pour la société. Je ne réfléchis pas à cette réaction parce qu'elle m'a donné une tasse de café. Elle a vraiment montré son rôle d'hôtellerie. Je vous remercie pour votre hospitalité.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

C'est trop près du bord de la route et le son est bruyant la nuit. D'autres sont plutôt bons, le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est assez copieux et la forme de l'hôtel est également bonne. Bâtiment chic, toujours fortement recommandé

Après avoir aidé une communauté isolée à développer des projets d'agriculture biologique, il était rafraîchir d'arriver à l'Olive. Le petit déjeuner était très bon pour les trois matins. Le personnel était très utile et s'est éloigné de leur façon d'aider. L'un d'eux, Teguh, était très utile, comme Deasy était dans le restaurant. Les ribes de viande sont excellentes. Il est également proche d'arriver aux centres de proximité avec Grab - et seulement une heure ou d'autres à l'aéroport.

L'hôtel est spacieux et dispose d'installations complètes, la piscine est fraîche car il y a des toboggans pour les enfants et les adultes, le lieu de vie est la route du centre commercial Karawaci, très approprié pour un séjour en famille.

Excellent experience. This time, I have time to swim in the hotel pool. It is quite big and clean.
