Clean and Safe I came down for a weekend at the racetrack. The property was clean and perfect for what I needed! My only "complaint" is that it is the converted garage of a home, which has stairs right above the bed. Not sure if it's the owner or another listing, but I could hear music and what sounded like a herd of elephants walking across the floor. :) Being just me, it wasn't a big deal.

Nice Getaway This is an amazing little studio that worked perfectly for the reason I was there. Quite neighborhood and easy to get in and out with quick access to US1. Will definitely recommend!

There was lack of communication along with late check in in addition there were no wash cloths and soap. Very disappointed 🙁

Inexperienced traveler I was uninformed about the checking process the information on the website was extremely vague and I was frustrated that there wasn't somebody that I can call and talk to the AI check was frustrated because I had specific questions when I was in town and I found out I couldn't even get information of check out I was very frustrated however the manager who my wife and I were texting did reach out to us and gave us an explanation and we had to wait for them to give us the exact location of where we were going so to us being inexperienced Travelers it was a lot of Cloak and Dagger things that we were unaccustomed to so there was a lot of frustration cause we were uninformed on how it worked but it was fine we were able to do what we needed to do when we got there and everything went smoothly after that and we still unaware of check out time so we just needed more information
