Hotel was pretty clean and everything you need for a cheap hotel stay. Service was OK. There is a Brewers Fayre where you can get food, although we didn't try this. Be aware that you have to pay an additional £7.50 per day for parking.

The room was nice and clean, the hotel is quiet and a nice place to stop off, especially if visiting London! Had an extremely warm welcome from the lovely receptionist Aristos, who made us feel comfortable as soon as we got through the door and gave some great local advice!

A great hotel, great location and close walk to the train station to get into central London. Pub serving food directly opposite with meal offers available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here twice now and will be back again in the future

Aristos was very welcoming and friendly. He explained everything we needed to know in detail on arrival. This is our second stay at this Premier Inn and would definitely recommend for value and cleanliness. Great location with train station around the corner and a great variety of shops

Aristos on reception very friendly and helpful. Room clean, tidy and quiet. Perfect stop off for cruising from Tilbury. Right next to Brewers Fayre so food and drink close. Sainsbury’s close too. Only downsides are no air con or lift. Will come again if we cruise from Tilbury

Aristos the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Room clean tidy and spacious. Food excellent and bed very comfortable. It was quiet even though near M25 an excellent way for us to start our holiday, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Aristas was very polite as soon as a we came in to check in and he explained everything very clearly especially about parking whilst cracking on a joke there and then, perfect person to put on the front for reception thanks for checkin us in! :))

Great customer service, cleaned and nice. The superman Aristos, who was in reception made us feel we are welcome. Great experience and such nice stay. Although there wasn’t any Air conditioning in our room specially in June when it’s quite hot, but we didn’t feel that bad due to the people works there. Restaurant staff was great and very kind. Five stars for restaurant team.
