One of my best hotel experiences. The villa is fantastic, overlooking the sea and offers all the comforts you want starting with the private pool. Breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of all kinds of food and drink, really excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great position that allows you not only to enjoy the sea but also to reach nearby attractions such as the town of Hội An and the golden bridge. You’re gonna love every single thing in this hotel.

L'environnement général du nouveau hôtel est bon, les détails du service doivent être renforcés. Je ne dors pas plus de neuf heures le lendemain matin. L'hôtel a appelé pour demander si vous voulez manger du petit déjeuner! 😳 Je comprends que l'hôtel veut être enthousiaste pour les clients, mais cela a un impact sur les clients! Continuez de dormir Puis, à plus de 11 heures, l'hôtel nous a rappelé de prendre la carte de chambre pour nous mettre à jour. Il est devenu difficile et inconvenant de prendre le téléphone (je suis dans ma chambre avec une piscine, le téléphone de la chambre n'est pas au coucher, mais dans la salle de restaurant, donc chaque fois que je réponds au téléphone, je me sens très chaud). Après avoir retourné à l'hôtel après le vin de la matinée suivante, j'ai appelé spécial à la réception pour ne pas m'appeler la nuit où je dois dormir. J'ai besoin d'un avion à cinq heures du matin, je dois reporter la sortie à deux heures du matin! La réception a dit de demander, je disais qu'il n'y avait pas de problème, mais ne pas appeler la chambre avant 12 heures! Qui sait, la réception a appelé à 10 heures pour me retarder à deux heures de départ, un peu désagréable à l'heure! parce qu'il m'a fait dormir. Je suis venue 20 minutes, je me suis levé et je suis allé répondre. L'hôtel a appelé à nouveau la chambre de location de motos si le chauffeur de la chambre a été retourné à la réception. J'ai déjà mis la réception la journée précédente 😓 Tout est vraiment en colère! Je comprends l'intention de l'hôtel de fournir un meilleur service, mais les détails du service doivent être renforcés et contacter une équipe de formation de remplacement! Ce n'est pas comme la gestion d'un hôtel 5 étoiles! Et parler de l'environnement de la chambre. La chambre est bien, c'est beaucoup de positions ont été conçues de façon injustifiée. Il n'y a pas de toilette, le bain est déposé, puis la position du papier de toilette est fixée à la position derrière, et le papier est très inconvenant. Je viens de mentionner que je n'ai pas de téléphone sur mon lit de chambre. Les élévateurs sont comme des camions. Ils ne sont pas réparés. La première fois que je vois la lumière du salon de nuit est blanche, pas chaude, il n'a pas l'air d'un hôtel. En général, le service est enthousiaste, c'est de ne pas prendre soin des détails. J'espère que la prochaine fois, il y aura des changements!

We stayed here for 5 nights in June 2023 . Nice , clean resort a bit out of town . Rooms are large and modern , pools and restaurants are nice just a bit of a walk from the building accommodation. Breakfast was good . Viet in the pool bar was amazing, Friendly and gave us great local information and local suggestions. The only down side to this accommodation is it’s a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi am with limited options unless you take a taxi or grab . Negatives for the hotel is laundry pricing $$$ and car using by resort $$$

This is one of the best resorts on Da Nang coast line. The private beach is clean and beautiful. The facilities are top notch and the villas are amazing. The celing height is more than 12 feet which makes the villa airy. The private pool is the USP of this place. The water body running through the property is a nice touch. The best part is that the golf karts are easily available. Highly recommended for people travelling in groups. Only demerit is that the location is a bit away from main town. P.S. This place is a favorite among tourist from south korea.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Stayed for a week at the end of July. Having the beach at our doorstep was incredible. Some days, the waves and currents were too strong and swimming was not allowed. Be sure to check out the sunrise and get to the beach 30 mins before to witness a spectacular sight.

J'ai dû changer mon horaire en raison de Corona 19. C'était une situation embarrassante, mais avec le soutien de la personne responsable, Jenny, j'ai pu changer et annuler mon horaire. Le voyage a été annulé, mais j'ai été impressionné par la réflexion chaleureuse de M. Jenny. Je ne sais pas quand Corona 19 sera mieux, mais je voudrais visiter et exprimer ma reconnaissance directement. J'ai eu beaucoup d'espoirs parce qu'il était un resort avec un prix élevé, mais je ne pense pas qu'il suffit de donner à un gestionnaire ami 5 étoiles. Je pense que toutes les autres parties malheureuses peuvent être oubliées naturellement. Très recommandé. Et merci Jenny.

We booked this resort mainly for the kid's waterpark/play area and were not disappointed. This is a HUGE, beautiful resort with 3 different kids' play areas. Check-In was easy and efficient. The bellboy took us to our room and gave us a tour of the room and how everything works. We wanted an extra bed and it was promptly brought over and set up for us. The staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile and greeting for you. Since it is kind of secluded and you need a car or taxi to go anywhere, it would have been nice if there were more restaurants within the resort. The food selections were quite limited throughout the resort with only room service or the beach restaurant providing meals. We didn't try the steakhouse but the room service and beach restaurant had good food. The kid's play areas were excellent. There is a kid's pool with a playground and water slide which our daughter thoroughly enjoyed. The surface of the play area is a kind of soft rubber but also porous so any water spillage would simply disappear and not stay gathered for someone to slip and fall. There is a second play area not listed on the hotel website with slides and climbing areas. I have enclosed a few photos of this area. There is also an indoor play area with 3 rooms consisting of a slide and small plastic balls, a games and toys room as well as a video game room. The beach is absolutely beautiful with soft fine sand and nice waves washing up on shore. There is plenty of chairs and loungers throughout the pool and beach area. the beach also has 2 soccer nets and a volleyball net. The infinity pool is very good and joins together to make a huge swimming pool extending all the way back to the main lobby area. The room is spacious with a nice bathroom, bathtub, and shower area. The sitting room has nice furniture as well as a balcony to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The kitchen area has a sink, kettle, and 2 hotplates as well as a full-size fridge. The breakfast buffet was Excellent!! Very fresh food and a good variety. I would HIGHLY recommend this resort for a luxury, relaxing holiday destination.

I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. If you come back, you will definitely choose Crowne Plaza as a resort. Thank you!
