Where do I begin? 😅 Pros: close to the beach, hotel is not very old. Cons: receptionists has no interest doing their job, broken phone, broken water boiler, no cleaning service unless asked, bedsheets and towels too old, safe was locked so I needed to go down and ask them to open (since the phone is broken and I can’t call them). Then the safe battery was low so I asked them to change but the receptionist said I don’t know anything about that 😂 Then he lied to me after couple of days when I followed up on the matter. Every time when I needed to ask something they staff looked bothered because I was disturbing their social media time.

I booked this hotel because of the favourable previous reviews here & the cheap price. I’m actually not a fussy person, but I was still sorely disappointed with the following points: (1) The receptionists don’t really understand English and not helpful during the check-in process (2) The pictures are so different from the actual conditions of the room we actually stayed in (3) The room looks like it needed some renovation, unlike what is shown on their website pictures (4) The drainage of the toilet sink and shower areas are almost clogged up and needs some maintenance (5) Only instant black G7 coffee sachets are provided w/o any sugar or cream (6) The room look like a backpacker’s standard and not as what as advertised So if u are only looking for a simple and cheap no-frills room to stay, then u can consider this hotel in a not-so-bad location with many eateries (see attached photos) and motorcycle rental shops nearby.. My suggestion is to look around elsewhere and pay a few bucks more to have a better standard of accommodation and comfort.

Got apartment #202. One aircon in the bedroom. One aircon in the kitchen. It’s nice that they have hot water at the shower room, face basin and dish washing basin. There are many bowls, dishes, chopsticks, spoons, etc. to use in the kitchen. There are pans, knife, chop board, dish washing liquid so guest can cook. We didn’t cook. They didn’t clean the bowls properly. Oil were still on them. The floor was not as clean as it should be. There’s a balcony which is nice. Price is low. Overall it’s a large comfortable room and I’m ok with my stay.

This hotel is worth staying for money . Very friendly and helpful staffs all time . Located at very convinced place whereby near and walking distance to beach , food restaurant , massage centres many more places . Hotel were so clean and everyday they do room cleaning service and bathroom tools replacements to new toothpaste, toothbrush etc . Really recommended to those travel to Danang to stay here . For us definitely will repeat our stay if visit Danang . Thank you for this fantastic deals and perfect accommodation service provided .

Early check in allowed and friendly reception. Housekeeping is tedious and friendly . Help park motorcycle for overnight

7일잡았는데 1일만에방뺐어요 환불도안되고 사진과 전혀달랐어요 창문도없고 냉장고도 고장이고 냄새도많이나고 정말최악 창문열면 밖이보이는게 아니고 꽉막힌 창고ㅡ
